By law, yes. All new buildings have to have either their own shelters or a sheltered room. The bigger buildings have reinforced areas/basements/parking lots. Older buildings don't have them, but they have public shelters nearby.

this is an important distinction.
jews do have a reputation of swindling and defrauding the goyim - whether that is deserved is up for debate, but even if we assume it's all true and every jew is indeed out to fleece the goyim for all their money, that's still a very different kind of hostility than the muslims, whose holy book straight up tells them that the kuffar can be subjugated, enslaved and killed at will, and that doing so is the right and duty of every god fearing muslim.
