2025 Israel vs Iran War

It seems there are missiles coming in about every two or so hours, considering previous statements Iran has made about essentially declaring TKD, it seems very likely they're just trying to empty everything they have as fast as they can, see what damage they can do, then settle for a ceasefire. Israel, if I had to guess, likely wants to do the same.

A lot of people are going to get maimed, killed, and traumatized: Then the politicians will gather 'round, and nothing will have happened.
It's all so tiresome.

This is the wrong coup, but it is true that the Mossad and CIA were later involved with moving Khomeini into the country. Ultimately, the weakness of Iran's liberal democratic forces is what propelled the hardcore islamists into power. Even back then they were a minority, but their opposition was too weak to stop them.

This event when coupled with the Suez Crisis has me inclined to believe the interest was based in oil and undermining Soviet influence as opposed to being at the beck and call of the Jews. Same president during both events and the Jews got shafted during the Suez Crisis.

I'm sure there were multiple causes, I'm not sure the Jews even had a stranglehold over US politicians all the way back then the way they do now so the influence was likely less.

Do you have a source for Mossad being involved? Not saying you're wrong, but that seems counter to something they would do, since the Shah was literally Israel's only friend in the region at the time. Carter definitely had a hand in overthrowing the Shah, but then again it's par for the course for our policy leaders to do something completely retarded out of a misguided belief that it's protecting human rights.

The Ayatollah government was formed as result of the Iranian revolution of 1979. The Wikipedia page you posted is about an earlier coup (1953) backed by the US to strengthen the regime of the Shah, the king of Iran.

The 1979 revolution was backed by the soviets and was against the Shah and against US interests. The US tried to keep the king in power was which was good for Iran. The commies and the muzzies fucked everything up, as they always do.

You are genuinely retarded if you can't see the causality of overturning the Iranian prime minister in the 1950s and instating the Shah leading to the internal revolution to depose the Shah and instate the Ayatollah in the 70s. Use your brain, what little you might have. Think!
