State representatives aren't really entitled to any kind of special "around the clock" security as far as I am aware. If one really wanted it, they'd have to pay for it out of pocket and very few (if at all) do that. Unless it's a special set of circumstances they are basically like normal civilians when it comes to people guarding them.

Stuff always starts getting scrubbed once the identity is revealed to the public. In some cases like with what happened with the Butler, PA would-be Trump assassin his stuff was deleted in advance to the name being revealed.
More than anything I would dearly love to see some kind of accountability, even a tiny fraction, just the absolute lightest touch of accountability would change everything. If the people who want and support infinite immigrants had to sign up to let people in and vouch for them and they received even a fraction of a percent of the punishment for any crimes the immgrant commits? It'd stop overnight. You vouched for 10 guys who total up to 1000 years of jail time worth of crime? You should at least get ONE fucking year yourself. You support rioters that cause hundreds of millions in damages? At least hand out a few 100k or even 10k fines. Mean tweets have more accountability than bringing in rapists, murderers and human traffickers
