2025 Israel vs Iran War

LIVE FROM IRAN:

DEMOCRACY IS BAD IF WE ONLY HAD DEMOCRACY/ELECTED GOVERNMENTS WHICH ARE ELECTIONED WE WILL BE RULED BY THE USA AND ZIONISTS.

also she said that "I want to be more upset for my iranian country men but I feel more for my Palestinians brothers because we are all brothers in islam"

oh and " we have shot down nearly all of the zionist rockets and we are inflecting damage which they have never seen before and are unable to counter"

and your classic: Israel is hitting civilians while we are only hitting military zionist targets.

Seriously does anyone recommend any software? This shit is amazing.

You know at least al-jazeera, RT and middle East eye PRETEND to be "western and unbias" on their English feeds. But I'm enjoying the brazenness of the Iranians.

Israel is still militarily and technologically superior to Iran in all categories, and that's not arguable. Iran has a large ground army roughly 610k, but they rely heavily on weaker reserves of up to 350k, and I recall reading that there's no age limit.
Israel has a smaller army 165k but they also have about a half million reserves. Better trained, and better equipped, and they have an estimated 90 nuke warheads which could turn Tehran into a parking lot if worst comes to worst. The bottom line is Iran cannot beat Israel without significant outside help. Russia, China etc.
if you go by numbers then iran could outdo israel by a lot
but the countries are too far apart for that to really kick in. iran could raise several millions of troops by conscription (like russia does for example) but they do not have access to israel so they can't actually invade. they'd have to go through iraq and then through syria or jordan, and none of these states will allow iranian troops to pass through because doing so would turn their territory into a warzone (again) which they obviously have no interest in.

Hypothetically if the regime is defeated, what takes its place? The opposition seems to just be diaspora Persians who are either monarchist larpers or PMOI affiliated groups and they are not really well organized or liked for that matter.

They might also still have Shia paramilitaries they can reorganize from Iraq and some from Syria (at least the ones who managed to leave). I imagine they would answer the call if Khameni gave the order.

Likely chaos between various factions vying for power

I'd imagine we'd see years of civil war and probably a return to a government much like the current one without a substanial presence of coalition forces. Israel does not have the troop numbers to police another larger territory.

More than likely. I don't see Israel doing the dirty work of occupying Iran since it's not like Lebanon where they easily border it and administer it.

the only numbers that matter are the numbers in the air

iran could raise an army of 5 million and get permission to march it through iraq/syria/jordan and it would never even get to israel because it couldn't be defended against air attack. it would run out of transportation and food before it ever got there. anything on wheels or tracks would get buttfucked from the sky. all that'd be left is a bunch of exhausted thirsty hungry infantry halfway across al-anbar governate and halfway across syria with nowhere to go and no way to get there
