And THIS right here shows why the current system is a big failure ie "The War on Drugs". (apologies for the political sperg but it's relevant)

Bossman is an addict, wants to be an addict and has no desire to get off drugs or gambling.

He'll be weeks in rehab or jail and gets sober and the minute he gets out he wants to gamble and get high.

In my opinion we need to change the laws on drug possession like Europe did where addiction is a health rather than a criminal issue.

Bossman isn't harming anyone and his probation should be to not pick up any more cases and see his probation officer...period.

We waste so much time money, effort and court's time on these type of cases which are just a waste of everyone's time.
