Well just look at the map, only the very northern edge of Kuwait is in danger, so she's completely safe.

I included the latest flight track for the the flight to Canada from creamy Kuwait using Qatar airways like she always does.

Most likely outcome would be deportation, is his idea. Which Canada would have to pay for.

  • explained what charity fraud in the west means; she said in a clip, that she had a charity (which I didn't see and think it might have been said in a cheeky way, she obvs doesn't)
  • explained total prohibition of donations in Kuwait, mentions the example of the imam being prosecuted for it
  • she as a non citizen has no legal right to remain in the country, he explained their naturalization process which she doesn't qualify for
  • she has less rights than citizens, can be deported, would be the usual thing to happen. 95% most likely thing to happen. Is pretty sure that she won't be facing 7 years in prison (what Atozy claimed or clickbaited)
  • if there were material proof for crimes she did in other countries, that could influence Kuwait's decision.

Other points made in chronological order:

- He has a friend at the Canadian embassy that is helping him out
- Canada's not going to extradite people for minor offences abroad
- He thinks she may have committed charity fraud by Western standards
- In Kuwait there’s a prohibition on donations covering all legal and personal entities without exception, regardless of your intentions and including fundraising through paypal. The main reason for this is that charities are often used for fraud.
- Kuwait citizenship is very hard to get and she’s not a citizen, he lists all the prerequisites we all know by now.
- If you “misbehave” abroad and you’re not a citizen, you get deported. Deportation is common in Kuwait. Kuwait can deport her or Salah at any time for engaging in any form of undesirable behaviour or violating laws.
- Canada would facilitate said deportation according to his friend in the Canadian embassy.
- Most likely scenario is deportation. He’s sure she’s not going to get sent to prison in Kuwait for seven years.

- they can use other crimes or undesirable behaviour in other countries as the basis for deportation.

So, in a nutshell, don't fuck with the laws and norms of the country you are visiting or residing in. He didn't have much to say that we hadn't already figured out. (Cue video of Chins saying this very thing in regards to Vitaly's arrest in the Philippines.)

They don't even have to bother deporting her. Her visa is up for renewal at the end of the month. All they have to do is flag it and bar her from re-entry.
