it is very dubious. if somehow his therapist did actually recommend consuming loli, I would guess that it was Food's recommendation initially and, when describing it, left out the inherent sexual nature of it; he probably likened it to normal manga ("it's just comics, but Japanese!") either that or he's lying about having a therapist and was just doing armchair psychology on himself. the International OCD foundation talks about exposure therapy as a way to treat pOCD, but nothing about sexual content involving children; and ChoosingTherapy.com - which, for what it's worth, claims to work with 200+ licensed psychologists, therapists, doctors, etc. - directly urges against sexual content involving children as part of one's exposure therapy.

The most obvious being Hasan, but using the farms and there reddit to go after not only Hasan, but his former sexual partner Ana Voir; Kefalls; Mr. Girl; and Vaush? Also his subreddit to go after these people but people like Norman Finkelstein and Candace Owens? I am sure there are others as well. Even in this very thread his cult members attack pixie and potential witnesses. I haven't checked his discord.
