I visited starbucks in Shenzhen often, they do have "pride themed" merchandise and drinks since that city is way more open and progressive than many other Chinese cities, full of expats and foreigners. One of their sugary gay themed syrupy slop drinks was pretty good.
I wanted the same at a tier 3 city I won't disclose, they didn't have it, along with none of the pride themed merchandise. People from that city are way more traditionalist.
