Artists that can't do anything right anymore. Lil Wayne is the first guy that comes to mind especially with that new album that was fucking terrible

THIS NIGGA FUCKING SUCKS

The second guy that comes to mind is Eminem. Every album after The Eminem Show was either mediocre or terrible. What else comes to mind?

Personally I found it very uplifting that he got Uncle Aaron to make a beat for his album, but you do you

Other than that, I'd say Katy Perry became pretty washed after 2016 or so, Green Day and Rage Against the Machine are also extremely washed bands that try to act young and rebellious even though they're dick-sucking libtards

Green Day gets a lot of radio play here. I actually didn't think they'd last this long. Same with The Offspring. But since I'm rather tired of hearing them both I kinda wish they'd go away. But I think Billie Joe is gonna be doing the punk kid act until he's 70+. He's 53 now. Maybe he can pull it off. I think Billy Idol does ok. Keeping yourself in shape helps a lot.

I was thinking of 90s bands like Spin Doctors. Who came out strong but seemed to blow their whole wad on one album. They are like Daria in the sense that they are a 90s time capsule that it just feels wrong to tamper with. Then there's Soul Asylum. Very talented. But they seemed to just short out like an old light bulb after Let Your Dim Light Shine. They had six albums before that. But they didn't get huge mainstream success until Grave Dancer's Union. Especially when they won the Grammy for Runaway Train. You'd think the only way to go would be up. But even though Misery was a great single that went no. 1 on the Alt rock chart they seemed to fade into obscurity after that. And that's a shame.

This is actually a pretty good cover of Sexual Healing. Pretty appropriate for an AIDS charity album too.

Eminem's new music kind of sucks but I wouldn't consider him washed up. "Washed up" in my opinion means a former celebrity with little relevance who still produces shit. Eminem's newer music still gets much attention, I remember Houdini well.

My suggestion is Chubby Checker. He had a novelty song in the 60s called "The Twist" and has remade it every decade since. No other artist has been washed up for 60 years.

Taeyeon of Girls' Generation. She looks absolutely miserable and has no passion like she used to, they just keep throwing her out there. BoA is also pretty bad with overstaying her welcome but Koreans consume anything she does, but she is at least hinting of stepping away. Would it be too soon to say BLACKPINK?
Madonna has been on all levels washed up for 20+ years.
It's a fucking shame Madonna is such a cow because I really found some of her songs like Live to Tell and Rain to be beautiful. Since the late 90s and 2000s, she really washed up hard. Won't be surprised if she overdoses on something one day.

Even by 94 guys like Bobby Brown or Axl Rose were completely cooked, in spite of being on top the world just a few years prior. That era where they and also, as the thead constantly brings up, Madonna dominated, ran on so much cocaine it aged everyone a decade plus overnight.

Pendulum. most people checked out after Hold Your Colour, but I liked In Silico too. then Immersion happened and they started trying to sound like fucking deadmau5 and Skrillex. they hid in shame for about 10 years, and came back with a halfway decent new EP (Elemental), but they've been releasing more shit since and it all sounds like awful zoomer music.

on a similar note, The Crystal Method. they were one of the most legendary breakbeat artists of the 90s, then suddenly and inexplicably torpedoed themselves with the horrendous Divided By Night album, which features a collab with fucking LMFAO of all people. they are, incredibly, still releasing music, and sometimes when I'm mainlining enough copium, I listen to their newer shit in the hopes that they've rediscovered their old spark. but they sound so fucking awful that it's really hard to believe it's the same guys. their last good album was twenty years ago now.
