Kiwi Farms Ate A Hard Loss Today
People are trying to get their hands on the bodycam footage since the day of his arrest. His wife and children are on it. The law is totally on his side and therefore Nick is confident no one will see it. Matthew Hardin is suing everyone, except Nick. "Kiwi Farms ate a hard loss today." "It's funny that the first big "L" that Kiwi Farms has really taken in court came from the worst lawyer ever and expect some more of them Josh."
MNPublicRecords
Nick calls Josh sneaky in this lawsuit. He suspects Josh has a link to
@MNPublicRecords and they are helping Josh. Nick thinks the clerk that misclassified the bodycam is
@MNPublicRecords, but it's only pure speculation.
Matthew Hardin
Nick's been having a great day, but is still upset that two "people" unlawfuly saw the bodycam. Matthew Hardin has personal interest in obtaining the bodycam.

Nick Will Never Release the Bodycam Footage (warning: ear rape)
Nick's Explanation of Why the Bodycam was Admitted.
Nick means to say "Officer Brannis" instead of Officer Nestor in this clip.
He gives the rundown on how April was mirandized by Brannis and she asks for a lawyer. He leaves and Pomplin takes his place. Pomplin violates April's 6th amendment's rights by asking questions. Nick says he was going to assert her 6th amendment's rights by proxy during the omnibus. He goes over MNDES. The bodycam footage was uploade to MNDES. Nick explains that if something is offered up to the court and it is admissable, then it becomes "admitted" as evidence. The clerk, you know MNPublicRecords, made a clerical mistake and marked the videos as evidence. As a result, two fat women looked at it. Lastly, he hints at a lawsuit against Kandyohi County. There would be eight plaintiffs -that's Nick, Kayla and their five children- each with two disclosures. Each disclosure can get between $1,000 to $15,000 getting Nick up to $240,000. "That's a lot of fucking money!"
Bodycam Footage Should Have Never Been Public
I think Nick is saying Hardin did not serve Kayla and the kids who are in the footage. Remember how Nick complains that he has to manually check to see if he is scheduled for a drug test? Well, he has the same approach to the bodycam footage. Why would he have to look to see if the bodycam is available to the public.
Hardin is Acting Suspect
Nick takes another litigious jab at Kandyohi County.
"This is Where Things Get Complicated"
"Someone allowed all of this to happen."
As an aside, it's very difficult trying to figure out what he says here because of all the waffling and his vagueness.
