I don't think he did enough cocaine to have any damage from it. He bought that big rock once and somehow didn't use it up all in a row like a practiced cokehead would. Even if he had done it as a 25-gram bender, you need to be doing at least a gram every other day, for at least six months, to have even the start of permanent damage.

It's not about hope, it's about conviction. There is no logical, moral, or just reason for the footage not to be released. It has already been ruled *twice* that the footage should have been released. The only reason it wasn't is because of backroom shady dealings that are unlawful, plain and simple.

The things that would prevent the footage from coming out is if the footage is illegally deleted, or multiple judges outside the Kandywhatever clique all act illogical, immorally and unreasonably. Which is unlikely considering every force outside of that sphere of influence has ruled in the favor of Hardin and the footage being released. Even if that does happen, there's nothing that could have been done differently or better that would end in the result it should, so why bother being a Negative Nancy until that point is reached?

Truthfully, like many have said, the worst thing for Nick is for that footage not to come out. He will spend the rest of his life in fear it will. Once the proper channels are exhausted, if justice is still not served, the people who are against him (and I don't mean the KiwiFarms) will only go lower and play dirtier. Someone will eventually get it, it will get leaked, and then all the fighting, bribes, backroom deals, etc will have been for nothing.

The game isn't if the footage will come out or not, it's how it does.
