I seem to recall way back when, maybe season 1 or 2, they had Tammy visit a dentist to get her teeth fixed. Nothing seems to have come of that. Maybe her going into rehab stopped that storyline.
Tammy will still look like a freak regardless of how much plastic surgery she has. She’s not going to turn into a swan, unless she gets better at filters, photoshop, and AI. All the images I’ve seen of her post her skin removal surgeries are filtered to Hell and back.

It really depends on what you watch for. This season has focussed more on Chris getting his abdominoplasty, and Tammy starting her plastic surgery journey. Meanwhile Amy has become the drama queen, taking over from Tammy. We have seen the camel bite, I’d expect next episode we’ll get the judgement. Misty has lost most of her excess weight, and Amanda appears to have finally got her act together. Next on Dr Smiths operating table is going to be Chris’s wife Brittany.

I finally got caught up on it. It was much better than last season.
Amy continues to be a trainwreck. Her boyfriend looks/acts like a tweaker, and the fact that Amy sends her boys into the bedroom with him alone is
She looks botched, and no matter how many surgeries she gets, she will always look deformed. But honestly, knowing that she's probably 100 lbs lighter than Amy now is

lol of course not. It happens when Tammy comes over to Amy's house to talk ~srs bisness~ and apparently Brian is hanging out in the spare bedroom where Amanda was staying before she moved out and Amy sent the boys into the room with Brian and closed the door. Sus and I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt some sort of way about it!

She should continue to be dressed by whatever stylist put this ensemble together. Stay covered up and dignified with classic pieces. (Except it looks like she has ear gauges. Lose those.)
Not to sound mean but…what is wrong with her face? I mean clearly it’s always going to look bizarre. But does she have some kind of syndrome that gives her that subhuman look, or is it just general inbreeding? She and Amy both have such freakish faces even compared to their siblings.

That is a significantly edited photo. Tammy is still boxy-looking around the torso, and her legs are bowed from being fat and immobile for most of her life. Her face is fucked up because she's never had a normal face. She's always been an uberfat with a skull-gunt. I'm willing to bet she is "supposed" to look more like Amanda; they have similar big eyes and full lips. Regardless, I'm happy she's lost the weight.
Amy probably shouldn't look as deformed either, but (allegedly) the wonk-eye is from her mom contracting toxoplasmosis while pregnant with Amy. Everything else was preventable. Being a deathfat, smoking, and doing drugs isn't really good for your complexion. Amy is <40 and looks like a grandma.
