Because the waitlist is about 8 years for free WLS in Canada, and she was thrown out of the clinic within a couple of months of being fast tracked to it during the BiBi era. On second try (Luxury Villa era) she was denied access to that outpatient clinic altogether due to prior non-compliance. Publically funded health systems suck balls already, but they do at least punish non-compliers and prioritise those that do comply, IME.
