Maybe stop standing in the middle of an active road you fucking retards. If this was a permitted street closure that is one thing but odds are it was just a bunch of fucktards pressing their luck.
People blocking traffic at the very least deserve the same
Obstructing/Impeding Traffic tickets cops write when they want to ticket someone for a moving violation after a pull over and find out the driver has a mostly-clean driving record.
Otherwise, I will agree with the Joker and say anyone blocking moving traffic gets what they deserve.
It's funny because I've been in fast food joints when this happens and they all are suited up in gear that almost looks like hazmat suits.
With the way people have treated public restrooms over the past 2-3 decades, andnot just in fast food joints,
I'd refuse to clean one without Hazmat-tier gear.
Everybody who yelled in that video had a foreign accent.
I always marvel that the same people who live in the US and claim to speak little to no English somehow manage to know all the insults and profanity quite fluently.
The people who need affordable housing don’t fit in in rich white neighborhoods. They don’t belong there. People (white) moved there for a quiet peaceful town and (this is probably the most important part) good schools.
Affordable housing seems to be another of those concepts that sounds like a good idea in theory and has been corrupted to destroy strong neighborhoods. In my part of KiwiLand, certain local governments require a minimum allocation of "affordable" housing. Supposedly, it's to help low income seniors afford a place if they can't otherwise afford the upkeep and taxes on a traditional house. Unfortunately, DEI policies often get tied into the affordable provisions and the units go to minorities who either ruin them beyond repair or cause trouble in their new neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the senior and other low income citizens who would benefit from such places don't get them and continue to struggle to pay their bills and keep a roof over their heads.
Happy to hear the news, but I dislike the fact it's going to take 18-24 months to do this. It's as if the food companies and their lobby groups are hoping for something to happen during midterms that gives them reason to not have to follow through with this promise.
What makes the African American situation worse is people who try to do the right thing are called "white" and bullied. Some of them rise above it, get the fuck out, and do something proper with their lives, but those people are now few and far between because now college subsidies go to the niggiest, noggiest black women instead of enterprising and intelligent individuals.
It's a shame after seeing the big push for black people to educate themselves as a way for self-betterment. Kiwis old enough may remember all the historically black colleges whose mission was just that and the United Negro College Fund whose purpose was to help those who wanted to attend college but couldn't afford it. Now, black people are told education is a bad thing and those taking advantage today was further persuaded to embrace the oppression narrative instead of bettering themselves to be self-sufficient.
I always find it amusing whenever a music artist tells supporters of Trump to not come to their shows. Like... okay? I mean, I'm pretty sure they weren't listening to your bullshit in the first place, but yeah, sure, if it makes you feel better, go ahead and vent to your echo chamber. The latest one seems to be Red Jumpsuit Apparatus who was last relevant maybe during the 2000s Alternative scene.
I saw the post making its way across social media today. Many people seeing it had a "Literally who?" moment. I'd love to see some turnabout and see concert venues tell the guy he and his band can't perform there because he supported Harris. The salt would be amazing because of all the "Hey, you can't do that!" responses it would evoke.
