It's hard to think of a good high profile trial right now, but to be fair neither Nick or I are lawyers.
Nick will start covering the Diddy trial when the defense starts soon and spend every day telling us how cool it is for a man to watch his partner get fucked by other men, be they Mandingo or Imholte. He’ll be down to < 500 viewers (all hate watchers) in no time.

Karen Reed is innocent of everything except DWI. Is this bad or good for balldo stocks?
My assumption is that he wanted guilty so he could pontificate on how unfair the state is and how unfair it is to him.

He didn’t participate in any verdict watch, but I think most of Lawtube hates him because he attacks Sean, Kurt, and Dicksucker. Those guys seem to have all found their niche, play nice, and provide commentary. Nick just lashes out and makes sex jokes.

Seriously though, Karen Read might not be a Depp, but in many ways it’s bigger. It’s more akin to Rittenhouse in how the entire case is bullshit, I’d talk to Sean if you are more interested in the details.

I just looked through MCRO with the case number: 73-CR-24-6910. I don't see Nick/Kayla's complaint.
The "Conditional Release Violation Report" was filed under seal, so we can't get at it. We just know it exists because of a docket entry.

It would appear that the judge just commanded Aaron to appear before her on June 25th, at 1:45 PM Local. See attached PDF.

Which, if I am not mistaken, IS already Aaron's sentencing date. So Peterson apparently got what he asked for in his correspondence, and they are not gonna haul him in there any sooner.

I do know that Aaron mistakenly played a few minutes of our own @Sharpeteer's funny edit of the battle between Nick and the farmers here. It included some images of Kayla. He quickly turned it off. Nick noticed and tweeted about it, IIRC.
It could be that, I suppose.

I think Nick is basically looking for any excuse, however minor, to try to get Aaron.

I guess he can go back to talking about Trump and guns? Supreme court just did a bunch of rulings including the tranny one so he can say something about that. I guess he could cover some older trial and talk about why it ended up the way it ended up.

If I was him, I would go full Maga to get some sort of audience back because he's simply outclassed as a trial streamer. Remember, his stop the steal videos preformed really well. MAGA boomers won't know or care about his um, life choices.

What interests me is how Nick's numbers show he has the potential to rebound if he just provides some half-useful fucking commentary. 1000-2000 is still healthy viewership and a springboard for growth. All the ingredients are there to reclaim his former life, if only he could resist the retard voice in his head that whispers to him about watching another Kurt cooking video from 2 years ago. But he just can't do it.

Some people work very hard to get to where Nick is, right now. Wife, family of 5 kids, huge beautiful home, law degree, and a YouTube show that gets a few thousand viewers live.

Of course, Nick is working even harder to throw it all away.

...Is all this Nick's way of just getting near Aaron again? All this desperate snitching to put Aaron at a specific place and time, just so Nick can be there at the courthose, just to be close, maybe close enough to get a whiff of that fragrant Imholte #5? You know he hasn't smelled it since the polycule, and though he's fried his nose by now Aaron's musk might be burned in his brain. Suffah Nick.

Bad because the jury's decision was very cut and dry. It took them a while to deliberate but that's because the way they were told to decide the case was the same as the first trial because the judge didn't like how that one turned out, but once she let them convict on OUI (not even DUI because Read wasn't caught in the act), they decided she was not guilty for the second degree murder and fleeing the scene.

Basically they agreed it was clear she was drunk that night because everyone, including Brian Albert's underage sons, was, but concluded that there was no way the car killed him. The first verdict was more interesting because the judge threw it out, this is very easy to sum up and Nick can get at most one more stream out of it.

Aaron was gonna be at the court on that date anyways, so Nick really hasn't gotten anything out of this yet.

If Nick was expecting Seal Team Six to blow open the door of Aaron's house, and drag him to the court now now now, that's apparently not gonna happen.

Instead the Judge basically be like "we have a hearing scheduled for the 25th already, and we'll address it then."

Mind you, I suppose the judge could still reject Aaron's plea deal if, among other things, the alleged violation is sustained and pisses her off, but I guess we'll just have to see.

EDIT: Typo.

Marc Randazza had a hearing today with Montagraph's civil suit, which he no-show'd.

That is way offbeat man.

Streams whenever he can
Spins a tale, always lies
Dont believe it? Then he cries

Hey now, there cries the Balldoman!

Is he strong? No he aint!
Just the sight of blood, makes him faint
Threatens lawsuits everyday
Turn of the screen, walk away

Hey now there goes the Balldoman!

Only to avoid doing time
Like a line of coke
Its gone in no time!

Balldoman balldoman
Unfriendly faggot balldoman
Wealth and fame, public trust
His reputation is now lost

You can bet he’s gonna sniff it
There snorts the balldoman!!
Oh

I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner...

🎶There is a tale that the kiwi people tell
Don't care if it is true 'cause I love it so well
Balldo Mon swing for his cocaine every night
The Aaron fed the kids, while Kalya slept in bed
Oh-oh-oh, Balldo Mon Swing
Oh-oh-oh, Hide your wedding ring

And they wanted him to swing with the Big Black Island Bull
He let them fuck his wife and he held the snack tray
He'd clean them of their goo, he'd wipe them of their sweat
He loved to see them cum, they'd love to steal his cash
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon) Balldo Mon swing
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Hide your wedding ring

He was streaming in his home on a drunk and crack head night
When he saw a super chat, and read it 8 more times
clicked a link he saw a Kiwi Meme
It had a fat ass pink dragon, farting at a Pizza Stand
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Balldo Mon Swing
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), you wasted everything

"Balldo Mon, it's over you need to change your life
The Incel Prudes called the cops cause the law said so
Came along the Ceiling Cat, he said, "Balldo Mon, hello"
"I've come to end your Swinging, in the Cop Car you can't say no

Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Jolly Mon Swing
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Hide your wedding ring

The Plea was filled with Guilty, Nick bid the coke goodbye
He had to stream the trial stuff, He had to stream daily
And all the Kiwi people when they look into the thread
See the Ceiling Cat and the Balldo Mon and laugh at where they are
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Balldo Mon Swing
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), hide your legal pills
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), Balldo Mon Swing
Oh-oh-oh (Balldo Mon), huff that N2O

Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh

I think it's worth crossposting here that Mr. Hardin, while representing Steve Quest, filed a motion to strike and for attorney’s fees and costs in response to Rekieta’s anti-SLAPP motion.

So it would seem, as the latest motion's total disregard of the savings clause's effective date was so patently frivolous that Hardin is now seeking have the defense pay the plaintiff's attorney fees for responding to it:

Hilariously, Nick is also getting his money's worth with Randazza's no-call no-show at the remote scheduling conference today, which had to be rescheduled:

I found it particularly noteworthy that, in his most recent stream, Rekieta complained that Hardin’s lawsuit over the bodycam footage was frivolous. He also claimed someone owed him approximately $6,000 in attorney’s fees because of it.

In hindsight, it seems likely that Rekieta made that $6,000 remark out of spite, anticipating Mr. Hardin’s motion to strike and request for attorney fees, given the communications exchanged between Mr. Hardin and Mr. Randazza.

"Dammit X, we got the candy again" could be a good shirt design this year.

Randazza should really take notes from the superior Mr. GREER. Despite having two engagements scheduled he still showed up to court.

I recommend everybody read the above motion from Hardin. It's pretty fucking awesome. WAY better than Randazza's.

I couldn't figure out how the hell Randazza (or Nick if you go with the theory he tightly controls everything submitted to the court) expects the new Anti-SLAPP statute in MN to apply in this case, and apparently neither can Hardin.

HardIN. No g at the end.
