I think Stephen Miller is likeable because he feels like one of those "Israel cannot commit war crimes, everything it does is an act of God and everyone it slays deserves it" Jews, except about America.
Nah. Stephen Miller is the ardent, loud and obnoxious lawyer. He is just America's lawyer. (Slightly related my shithole has a official office of People's Lawyer that is a bit like tribune of the plebs and their job is to fight against laws for the people, if they choose to do their job)

Miranda Devine: FBI emails revealed to The Post expose Biden DOJ’s obsession with piling on Trump charges
New York Post (archive.ph)

Internal FBI emails reveal that rogue agents and prosecutors in the Biden DOJ were looking for ways to pile on new criminal charges against Donald Trump over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot — this time over his involvement with the J6 prisoner choir, based on a single partisan news article.

The 2023 emails obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and revealed exclusively to The Post, are an example of the nitpicking malice of anti-Trump lawfare that tainted special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation, during Joe Biden’s presidency.

“Can we do some work to nail down Trump’s role in this,” writes prosecutor JP Cooney to DOJ colleagues on March 8, 2023, in an email with the subject line “J6 Prisoner Choir/DJT” and an attached Forbes.com article titled “Trump Collaborates On Song With Jan. 6 DefendantsTrump And Jan. 6 Prisoners Collaborate On New Song Called ‘Justice For All.’ ”

Cooney was a deputy special counsel who worked on both the Robert Mueller and Jack Smith get-Trump special counsel investigations.

‘Agent Zero’
“According to this Forbes article, Trump recorded the Pledge of Allegiance at MAL [Mar a Lago] and Kash Patel [Now FBI director] and Ed Henry [former Fox News host] were also involved,” Cooney wrote in the email chain.

“The profits are routed to an LLC run by Henry, and proceeds are intended for families of incarcerated J6 defendants — but there is apparently a vetting process that excludes families of defendants who assaulted police officers.

“I asked Ahmed [likely prosecutor Ahmed Baset, who was fired earlier this month] to preserve this last night. I’ll talk to Maria/Erin and Julia about doing some follow up here to nail down Trump’s role.”

Cooney also instructed colleagues to look at starting “some process on Ed Henry’s LLC,” presumably a legal process such as a subpoena, search warrant or other court-authorized actions to gather evidence.

His email was forwarded to eight agents and DOJ staff, including notorious anti-Trump FBI Special Agent Walter Giardina, who responded two days later to say he was investigating the claims in the Forbes article about Trump and the J6 prisoner choir: “Esther and I are working on this today. We’re going to put together our findings at 2 and get something to you shortly after that.”

Giardina was “Agent Zero” in a lot of overzealous FBI actions involving Trump and his allies, including the investigation of Trump White House advisor Dr. Peter Navarro on contempt of Congress charges for refusing to appear before the House committee investigating the J6 riot.

It was Giardina’s FBI team that arrested Navarro as he was about to board a plane at Reagan National Airport in 2022, put him in leg irons and threw him in jail instead of simply issuing a summons for him to come to court, as the federal judge overseeing the case later said while criticizing the heavy-handedness.

Giardina was also significantly involved in Operation Crossfire Hurricane (the debunked Russia collusion investigation against Trump), Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation and cases involving Trump allies Dan Scavino and Roger Stone, as well as the Hillary Clinton emails case.

According to Sen. Grassley, Giardina was an “initial recipient of the Steele Dossier” and falsely claimed that the bogus Clinton campaign smear sheet against Trump was corroborated as “true.”

Giardina also “electronically wiped the laptop he was assigned while working for Special Counsel Mueller outside of established protocol for record preservation, raising the possibility that he destroyed government records.”

Whistleblown away
Whistleblowers have told Grassley that Giardina “openly stated his desire to investigate Trump, even if it meant false predication” because of his hostility to the past and future president.

Grassley believes this email chain is another “clear example” of how the federal law enforcement apparatus was weaponized to try to “get Trump” at all costs.

“Instead of focusing on DOJ and FBI’s core law enforcement responsibilities,” Grassley told the Post, “partisan prosecutors and agents were surfing the web to find any shred of information they could use to spin another baseless case against Trump. Their actions are a disservice to Americans, who pay their salaries and depend on DOJ and FBI to keep them safe.”

Grassley, known as the “patron saint of whistleblowers,” is working with FBI director Kash Patel and his deputy Dan Bongino to ferret out the lawfare correspondence hidden at FBI headquarters and finger the culprits behind the anti-Trump lawfare of the past eight years.

Patel also this week gave Grassley an FBI intelligence report alleging Chinese involvement in forging American driver’s licenses intended to be used for fake mail-in ballots supporting Biden in the 2020 election.

Whistleblowers had told Grassley that the FBI memo had been recalled after it was issued and no further action was taken, despite the fact that Customs and Border Protection seized almost 20,000 fake licenses three months before the election.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency,” Patel told Just the News, which first reported on the CCP election plot.

“To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested.”

“My investigative work won’t rest,” Grassley told the Senate on Wednesday. “There’ll be much more coming from this senator.”

Among the charges Smith, Cooney, Giardina and pals were trying to drum up against Trump over his conduct on Jan. 6, 2021, were conspiracy to defraud the US, obstruction of an official proceeding and potential violations of the Insurrection Act.

Ultimately, they failed.

Trump comprehensively won the 2024 election, Smith was forced to drop the Jan. 6 and Mar-a-Lago cases against him — and Trump fired his team, targeted their law firms and pardoned every Jan. 6 defendant.

So how would you have sex with an AI girlfriend?
Well, since you asked...

The obvious way is to bluetooth chip a fleshlight and check the various file repositories to get the software that would allow ChatGPT to control it for you, because you know some troon or furry has already done this.

Now you know too.

All I have gathered from this thread in the last 6 hours is that humanity needs to get a good old cleansing fire. Too many crazy people are in power and no one is accountable for jack shit. Human sanity is in decline in general and society with it. I vote we let cats take over. Just give them real thumbs and they can run this wet rock better than humans.

Man, I ain’t letting no homo ass dipshit cat do anything. The only thing a cat can do is eat, sleep, randomly assault people, and lick their own asshole. That’s pretty much a tranny, except missing a few ribs to be more flexible and not playing vidya.

You should be drowned for even thinking of comparing a troon to a cat. Only niggers hate cats and that is because they fear the superior. Much like why niggers hate whites.
This is where you went wrong; if you want to change anything of substance, its not going to work by voting in our already limping, ineffective democracy.
So true lemme play god real quick and genetically modify cats to have thumbs and then they will just take over.

The guy's name is Arturo Gamboa and is in a punk band called Rade.
It's looking a lot like that dude is innocent. Here's an update:

New video of Salt Lake City protest shooting appears to contradict police
FOX13 KSTU (archive.ph)

SALT LAKE CITY — Video of Saturday’s "No Kings" protest in Salt Lake City appears to show a suspect with his rifle aimed down and not running until a volunteer begins shooting.

That’s different than what police described. Citing witnesses, a jail booking document says the suspected gunman, Arturo Gamboa, ran toward the crowd with his rifle in a “firing position.”

Gamboa was shot and wounded by a volunteer – described as a peacekeeper by march organizers. That volunteer also hit a bystander.

That bystander, Afa Ah Loo, died from his injury.

In an email Tuesday night, Salt Lake City police spokesman Brent Weisberg declined an interview request from FOX 13 News to discuss the video.

“Our detectives are working to collect and analyze potential evidence to determine the full sequence of what occurred,” Weisberg wrote. “At this stage, commenting on specific evidence would be inappropriate and premature.

“Our focus is on conducting a thorough, impartial, and fact-driven investigation to ensure the integrity and fairness of any future legal proceedings.”

The video is just a few frames recorded as someone was panning their camera from a high rise, overlooking the protest marching on State Street between 100 and 200 South. FOX 13 spoke to the person who recorded the video.

Then we zoomed in and slowed the footage. Gamboa is dressed in black. He and the volunteer peacekeepers are on the east side of the street.

Two volunteers are wearing yellow. They were there on behalf of the organizers, a group called 50501 that organized the march.

In the video, the volunteers appear to have raised pistols into a firing position. The barrel on Gamboa’s AR-15 style rifle appears to be pointed down. Then three gunshots can be heard.

After the shots, Gamboa can be seen running. The camera pans away before he reaches State Street.

A probable cause statement filed with the Salt Lake County jail when police booked Arturo says: “Arturo then lifted the rifle, and… began to run toward the large crowd gathered on state street holding the rifle in a firing position.”

Gamboa was hit by one shot and received medical treatment before being booked into the jail. Even though Gamboa did not fire his weapon, he remains in the jail on suspicion of Ah Loo’s murder.

The probable cause statement contends that Gamboa’s actions caused Ah Loo’s death. As of Tuesday night, Gamboa had not been formally charged with a crime.

The new video does not show Ah Loo being hit by the gunfire.

How Arturo was holding the rifle could be a factor in determining whether criminal charges are filed against the peacekeeper, says Mitch Vilos, an attorney who has written books about Utah’s gun laws.

“But if you have a reasonable belief that you're in the act of stopping a forcible felony,” Vilos said, “then you may be justified. Of course, it depends on all the circumstances.”

“Whether or not the AR-15 was raised and pointed at someone,” Vilos added, “versus being held at what they call low ready, I think that's going to be an issue in this case.”

The march organizers, 50501, issued a statement Tuesday.

“The safety volunteer who responded to the individual and who was questioned by police is a military veteran,” the statement read.

“We are mourning Afa Ah Loo with everything we have,” 50501 continued, “and we are holding his family and our friends in our hearts.”

“At this time SLCPD has not chosen to charge any of the volunteers,” the statement also said.
Salt Lake City volunteer's account of deadly shooting questioned after new video emerges

The video appears to show "No Kings" protester Arturo Gamboa, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, pointing his rifle toward the ground, not into the crowd.
A new picture of the Salt Lake City protester arrested in a deadly “No Kings” shooting is emerging, and it is different from the one safety volunteers at the event provided to officials.

Arturo Gamboa, 24, never fired his weapon, but he was arrested on suspicion of murder Saturday. He had not been formally charged as of Wednesday evening, according to police records.

His arrest stems from statements provided to law enforcement by two volunteer “peacekeepers,” who said they saw Gamboa raise an assault-style rifle and point it into a crowd of people.

But a new video appears to show Gamboa pointing his rifle down toward the ground and moving away from three gunshots fired by a safety volunteer.

One of the bullets killed a bystander, fashion designer Afa Ah Loo, 39, and the other grazed Gamboa, who was arrested at the scene.

Utah is an "open-carry" state, meaning people can visibly carry firearms in public without permits, but police said Gamboa posed a "substantial danger to another individual or to the community."

Authorities have not released the names of the two volunteers, and the shooter has not been arrested or charged with a crime.

The video, first obtained by KSTU-TV of Salt Lake City, calls into question the volunteers’ version of events in the moments before Gamboa and Ah Loo were shot, loved ones said.

“He wouldn’t even hurt a fly,” Gamboa’s mother, Marianna Gamboa, said in her first interview since her son was arrested. “He’s got strong opinions, and he has a right to carry.”

The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office said it will decide Thursday whether to charge Gamboa with a crime, extend his jail time or release him.

Salt Lake City police declined to directly comment on the video. They said in a statement that investigators are still collecting and analyzing evidence.

"This remains a complex investigation that will take time as detectives work to determine the full sequence of events," Brent Weisberg, a police spokesman, said in an emailed statement. "We are continuing to gather the necessary information to support a referral to the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office."

The rally's organizer, the Utah chapter of the 50501 Movement, said in a statement that the volunteer who shot Gamboa and Ah Loo is a military veteran “who believed there was an imminent threat to the protestors and took action.”

The organization said the safety volunteers were selected because of their military, first-responder and "deescalation" experience.

Volunteers told police this week they saw Gamboa pull out an AR-15-style rifle from a backpack and “begin manipulating it.” They shouted at Gamboa to drop his weapon, but he advanced on the crowd with his rifle raised, the volunteers said.

In the video circulating online, Gamboa’s rifle appears to be pointing down as he jogs away from the gunfire.

“Arturo is just a sweet kid,” said Konrad Keele, a longtime friend and mentor from the local music scene. “I’m broken-hearted that he has to sit in a jail cell until they figure this out.”

Keele first met Gamboa when he was 16 years old and Keele operated punk venues in Salt Lake City. Gamboa always loved music and learned to play guitar, bass and drums, Keele said.

Born to a Venezuelan father and a white mother, Gamboa became involved in the local activist community and was a regular at meetings and shows. Those who know him describe him as articulate, thoughtful and dedicated.

“He’s never been violent,” Keele said. “I’ve never met anyone who knew Arturo and didn’t like him.”

Keele is helping coordinate support efforts for Gamboa and his family. He is facilitating conversations with the public defender’s office should Gamboa need legal representation, and he planned to hold a community meeting Wednesday night to schedule jail visits. Keele has also booked three benefit concerts this summer to raise money for Gamboa's legal fees.

Jeanette Padilla Vega, president and CEO of the nonprofit Food Justice Coalition, said she first started seeing Gamboa at meetings and protests in 2020. She marched alongside him several times and heard him address large crowds. She was struck by his passion and poise, she said.

“He’s extremely talented, extremely beloved by his friends, family in the community, so active,” Padilla Vega said. “To lose him like this, it just feels so incredibly horrific. The emotion is very raw for a lot of people.”

Gamboa’s supporters have flooded social media demanding to know how event organizers vetted safety volunteers and whether there was any training before Saturday’s protest. Sarah Parker, a national coordinator for the 50501 Movement, has said all attendees, including safety volunteers, were asked not to bring weapons.

There's a buttplug with bluetooth capabilities that they keep adding support for troon friendly/infested video games to. That batshit insane troon "journalist" who is trying to move to vtubing and force everyone to love her (or they're guilty of a transphobia!) infamously connected it to popular games children play and went online repeatedly with it -- and bragged about it in news articles. (Anna Valens or something.) I'm not sure that's outright pedophilia but it's close enough he deserves the rope.

So yes this is just a small step back from the already existing degeneracy.

You’ll have to excuse me if what I’m trying to say here relies too much on semantics but I disagree.
The act of voting exposes the state of the system. If you didn’t vote, you’d have no way of knowing how broken things are. In that sense, voting is substantially useful.

I'm honestly interested in how that case will shake out.

I couldn't give less of a shit about anyone in that protests, but I do like to stay abreast of anything involving self defense.

From what I've seen Gamboa did nothing wrong. He was open carrying a rifle (as is legal in Utah) and from the clips I've seen he's just carrying it in a neutral barrel-down position. The peacekeeper jumped at his own shadow and started blasting.

This reminds me a little of the "hocus pocus out of focus" from the Rittenhouse trial, where the prosecution tried to used zoomed in, blurry video to claim Rittenhouse pointed his rifle first at his attackers, which would make him the initial aggressor and lose him any claim of self defense. The jury didn't buy that story, though.

If Gamboa did in fact raise his rifle in a threat, then he's culpable for the dead Samoan even if he never fired. If he didn't, MAYBE the faggoty peacekeeper might still make a claim of self defense/defense of others, but it'll look really weak.
