I don't follow. Why is this the case? The information we have paints the operation thusly: Hezbollah was wanting to buy phones and pagers in a bulk order, however, because it's Hezbollah, they cannot go to T Mobile or whatever and as for ten thousand of their nicest pagers please. The company they contracted with was a middle man shell company infiltrated by Mossad, who gave them the pagers, but stuffed them with explosives as insurance. The Israelis later cashed in that insurance policy. I fail to see how this chain of events is "despicable" or "inhumane." It is about as surgical as you can get, I'd argue about as surgical as the US "Flying Ginsu."
