Honestly Aaron comes close a lot. He never specifically mentions her to me knowledge, but he will mention events a third person was involved in loosely while talking about Nick and April.

There was also going to vacation and encouraging his audience to ask Geno and Keanu things he can't talk about

I did some more digging. It isn't as bad for Aaron as I first thought. No investigation has been done yet. If this was post sentencing, his probation officer would have been involved and deemed it credible. This has most likely come from the prosecutor or police, no doubt after a shower call.

I think they are really going to struggle to get to that clear and convincing standard for stuff Aaron has said.

There are good points and bad points to the letter from Aaron's lawyer. Pointing out that the victim (Nick) is obsessively watching content trying to find a violation is good to point out, but a no contact/mention order doesn't give an exception for someone's show.

There's already been a Conditional Release Violation Report filed confidentially with the court. These reports are prepared by state probation agents. The associated order lists a female probation agent. Aaron mentioned that his PSI interview was conducted by a female and it makes sense that the person who conducted the interview is likely to be his probation agent going forward.

It's Rekieta level lawyering. Aaron was ordered not to mention his victim on his show. Pointing out that the victim can choose to not use a computer or visit YouTube suggests that his client doesn't view violating the judge's orders as a big deal. Even Ethan Ralph has managed to get out of similar circumstances by grovelling to the judge.

As far as I know probation only gets involved after sentencing, but I might be wrong.

If his probation agent is involved they usually do an investigation to deemed it credible first. In other words, they should filter out Nick's games. If so, I'm curious what they took issue with and if a judge us going to get to clear and convincing on it.

It can be anything, Aaron intentionally sails close to the wind. He often references someone, without saying explicitly who it is, when talking about Nick and April. He does it in a vague way.

There is also the mentioning to ask Geno and Keanu something, on his own show.

To be honest I think he deserves it. He runs his mouth and thinks he is being clever. Aaron isn't clever.

An example of how running his mouth gets him problems? He has admitted his guilt on stream since he accepted the plea. You can go back on a plea agreement before sentencing. Before they had zero evidence, if he wished to fight it, but now they have that admission. So let's say Aaron and his lawyer realise than years of being under the thumb of this no mention is too strict, based on the recent report, they could opt to go to trial instead. We now know they had no picture and no cooperating witnesses. Now they'd just play Aaron's admission.

He is such a fucking retard that it's unbelievable. Even if this goes nowhere or he gets a slap on the wrist, why the fuck play around? To score some fucking points against Nick?

It's not about a win or not. I doubt he directly mentioned her, but he does play games and IT'S DUMB, considering he was gonna get a slap on the wrist.

He also had an extremely winnable case and he torched that and now still manages to fuck up. He deserves the L purely for being a smug cunt. If Nick gets a win from it, so be it. If Aaron wants to hand him wins its on him

I, for one, am happy Aaron did that, because it definitively destroyed Nick's bold faced LIE that Aaron took the photo without Kayla's consent. It is now abundantly clear that not only did she consent to the photo being taken, but also posed for it.

To be clear here though, he still should not have shared it with Geno, and he's gonna have to deal with the consequences of that next week.

I'm guessing what you are driving at here is that Aaron is wrong to even indirectly reference Kayla. I dunno if that's true or not, but I will say that's a pretty shitty situation if he can't. Nick was going out of his way to make it sound like Aaron serendipitously took the photo when he did not. I think he should be permitted to clear that up.

It would be one thing if Nick were not allowed to talk about Aaron, and Aaron was the only one talking, but that's not the case here.

No, it's really not, because even if you don't like the argument he employed, Peterson got exactly what he asked for in his letter. Nick is so ridiculously incompetent he would have written something that would have gotten his client sent to the gas chamber.

They are not gonna address this shit until the 25th. Which is already Aaron's sentencing date. This is much to the chagrin of Nick, who was probably hoping Aaron would be sent off to mega prison immediately for... whatever the fuck might be in that violation report. A reasonable person might conclude that whatever it is, it's not the end of the world.

I know you dislike Aaron, and that's fine (he's definitely got his issues), but give Peterson his due. It won't kill you. He's no Hardin, but he's better than Nick. Comparing any lawyer to Nick Rekieta ought to constitute "fighting words."

Also, you're probably not gonna like me saying this, but I believe if this is about Aaron playing that TWA video, that's fucking gay as shit. Nick is a crybully bitch, and I am not gonna pretend otherwise.
