Here's my schizo take

I don't think location or placement has anything to do with it, but the colors definitely do.
There's a pink, orange, green, blue, and red stripe in the house. Yellow is mentioned in the Starburst conversation but may just be a segue into the relevant colors.
Sam has a red band on his arm, Ben has been wearing the same orange hat the entire time. Jet and Mints aren't wearing any specific colors. I only think it's relevant because during the Starburst conversation, Ben said that Sam "(had) been misguided, the orange is very good".

We need some real theories in here, this seems solvable to me and we'd be the first to do it. I can put together a direct list of quotes.

Thankful Freddy didn't get kicked, a thieving junky is the perfect archetype for this game. Can't believe production still hasn't figured out the medication issue. Just keep their medications downstairs and bring them up their required med dosage every day instead of having people regularly abusing their prescriptions or getting them stolen/fucked with.

I appreciate your ideas but I don't think it's worth deciphering Wiggerology in order to figure out the stripes and their meaning.

It's like the Season 2 cult plotline, not really worth digging into it that deeply because they are going mainly off vibes.

the white clearly represents a "ribbon tying the show together" and red is his actual color.

red and white are also just the colors of the sharks, so those could be red herring colors.
maybe the whole thing just means shark factions are a thing now and they've gone and dyed some of those jumpsuits, and there's gonna be some direct audience input on what the "new types" of sharks do(maybe in VR?).

Also it's not just a stripe, or a band or something, his suit was literally tailored for that sleeve to be red. It IS the sleeve. Same with the stripes. Also, iirc, that suit cost him like $5k or something because the first one got trashed and it needed to be specially-made on short notice.

Also, they literally said in the investor stream, and elsewhere, that the stripes had something to do with "the big twist." I understand it could be trolling, but I highly, HIGHLY doubt it.

I think these wiggers are really up to something big this time, and they've been proud of their secrecy regarding leaks/spoilers.

But then again, the wiggers are retarded and incompetent like... 90% of the time so I guess you're right, it's a crapshoot. That said, I wish the turbospergs good luck on their quest.

Yellow, light blue, and lime green are not present in the house, for whatever that's worth.
