So apparently Slope's game room is getting shafted by youtube in the most roundabout of ways.

(As usual I cannot upload videos here, I do have a backup locally though)

TL;DR from a comment:
Summarising what happened:
• Slopes made video on a(n alleged) scammer
• Alleged scammer was mad and doxxed him
• Slopes went into the alleged scammer's WhatsApp group anonymously
• It's all in Spanish, so he downloaded the chat logs, uploading it to his Google drive, so he could have a Spanish friend look at it
• Google scanned the chat logs, and saw lots of horrible Hate Speech; and is punishing Slopes for having Hate Speech.
• Google set his entire account for deletion. Not just YouTube, but his entire photo library going back years and years.
• Slopes, in a panic seeing this, messed up his first chance to appeal this. There is possibly a second chance.
• He's asking if anyone knows anyone who has a direct line to YouTube, to contact his above email

Found this rapist and Dollar Store Dan Bilzerian named Colonel Gregory Issac Tambone that LARPs as a badass military gear expert despite having no formal military background, and claims he was on the run from corrupt government entities, sent to a blacksite, and has a wealth of knowledge from these experiences and his time as a "military contractor" (disputed). Subjects that he shares on his youtube channel Bone Tactical and uses to grift his faux military gear company Bone Tactical. He's actually been on the radar of stolen valor and wannabe badass cringe sites for years, which is where I sourced most my info from.

In reality our boy Col. Boner was convicted of armed robbery in 2005 (archive) and charged with rape in 2016 (archive). His latter charge, I suspect is the charge that caused him to flee the country to South America after he jumped bail. He never actually says why he was on the run, so I can only assume it was something that he couldn't state because it would ruin his grift if he actually deserved it. Eventually, he was arrested in Germany and extradited back to the US. He still maintains that the charges were false despite coming to a "backroom deal" (see also: he plead guilty) with the US Government regarding his conviction. I guess being on the run for raping someone is all it takes to be a "political prisoner" and "international fugitive". He also likes to mention that he was the target of multiple assassination attempts by the same entities that he claims are trying to frame him, because apparently this dude is such a maverick that he needs to be dealt with despite not being of any interest other than being a rapist with a history of violence on the run.

and to top it all off his title is literally only an honorary title given to him by the governor of Kentucky. (archive) This guy literally has the same "rank" as Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken fame. Here's a FOIA request to prove that he was never part of the US Armed Forces. He doesn't overtly claim to be a part of the military, but in my opinion, I feel as if the way he frames his story is deliberately worded to lead people to the conclusion that he's a character out of a Tom Clancy novel.

Despite all this, he loves to claim he was a political prisoner and fugitive that was the victim of a corrupt system. When he is actually a violent criminal that tried to run from their actions by leaving the US and got caught, and is now trying to grift off it like he was the one being wronged for being held accountable for his heinous crimes against women. There's a ton more to this dude, but I'm not near familiar enough with military/weapons and shit to do the legwork and have confidence I'm getting everything right. Not to mention the sheer amount of astroturfing that has been done in favor of his public persona. I half considered making this an OP, but I felt like the topic had more to it that I wasn't seeing, and I'm lazy, so I don't want to be in charge of keeping the OP up to date.

If someone else would like to contribute or take this and use it for the basis of an OP I would say go right ahead, Boner seems like he has all the trappings of a good griftcow. He's a rapist that got caught fleeing incarceration, and uses lying by omission to feed into a perceived victimhood as a means to cultivate an "Internet Badass" persona for grifting money. He then uses this money to rehabilitate his image, obfuscate his past crimes, and grift even more through marketing. I can't think of a better reason to have a thread on this guy tbh.

Without any cocksureness, without any cope, I broadly characterize myself as a person who can clock AI. I'm lowkey proud of that. But this video, generated with Google Veo, concerns me. The question isn't, "Can I tell?," the question is, "Would I be able to tell?" That is, if I were uncritically doomscrolling this slop on TikTok, would I notice? I don't think so. There are some quirky, uncanny bits here and there. The one guy running at the camera looks more like vidya graphics than IRL. The fire in the back of the protest scene looks janky, a little too "soap opera effect." But the podcast and street interview clips are insane. I don't think I'd notice. And I'm not the intended audience, a preteen with no media literacy or critical thinking skills. Given the current slide into authoritarianism in the US and elsewhere, it's clear that this tech is the Pravda of the nascent twenty-first century. We should be raising our kids to question everything they see and to never post their likeness and voice on social media. This is the Rubicon.

It's heartwarming to see someone who seemed so far gone come back, though there is a very melancholic tone to many of his comments, like he's still trying really hard to not be depressed after losing that crutch he's held for so long. He still replies to some "supportive" stoner comments on the Marijuanaman channel, often with a dismissive "good times..." and thats it. No doubt he must feel some kind of strange upon seeing the pretty commonplace comments saying things like "hey man i been watchin u since i wuz 15, stayin up al nite gettin blazed as well hahaha u rock".

Was trying to figure out where to post the worst video I've seen in a while and this seemed like the right place. It's written by and starring Ashly Burch and is adult Sesame Street, and by that I mean it's about anxiety and trauma.

It manages to forget to have any jokes in it like the actual Sesame Street and Ashly talks to you like you're 4 years old despite the whole "for adults, with swears!" premise. It's the first episode so I think it's getting an artificial boost. Enjoy?

This might actually be interesting enough for its own thread, but it looks like Proven Industries shitty copyright infringement lawsuit against McNally is quickly devolving into a lolsuit.


For those unaware, On May 1st, Proven Industries filed a lawsuit against McNally for Copyright infringement, defamation and various other business related torts for shimming one of their locks with a cut up soda can. In response, McNally posted more videos where he proceeded to shim even more of their locks, including the above short.

Proven then filed an emergency request for a preliminary injunction, asking the court to order McNally to remove the videos, and stop posting videos about how easy it is to shim Proven's locks with soda cans.

The complaint and the motion for a preliminary injunction are worthy of an in-depth analysis, but the end result is that the court denied the motion for a preliminary injunction.

The court has not yet issued its written order, however, the hearing must have been absolutely brutal for Proven, because they filed a motion asking the judge to seal everything regarding the Preliminary Injunction motion from the public, including the minutes and the judge's to be issued written order and analysis.

I came across an unusual woman. She clearly has some kind of retardation, but I'm not sure what.

This video takes me back to a time many years ago when I smoked a mix of hash, opium, and DMT, and had a conversation like this in a mirror. I felt like I was a hand puppet for extraterrestrials, so maybe that's what's going on here.
