I'll say this, Hinduism is a complex religion and is interesting to read about. I like the Indo-European connections, especially with gods like Indra and Agni. It's still backwards but i can see why their myths are popular with non-Hindus

To be serious, I consider hindu myths interesting but completely subsumed in nihilism. Brahma the creator cannot be worshipped because creation is pointless because of destruction. Vishnu and his avatars preach mindlessness, literal pied piper of hamelot but as a detached stoic. Shiva reigns supreme because destruction springs from nothing and thus has no start or end, making him stronger than everything else.
So why not just subsume himself, the Hindu thinks. Might as well just give up on creation with such a mindset.
It’s a real philosophy, it has benefits, it has reason, but it’s so devastatingly miserable and tragic.

The State Department has also placed strict warnings against travel to high-risk regions, including Jammu and Kashmir, the India-Pakistan border, central and eastern India where Maoist insurgents commonly operate, as well as the northeastern state of Manipur, which has seen a surge in ethnic violence.

Why is this important? Cause India is trying to bolster travel to the country and with major U.S.-born hotel brands aggressively expanding into that very same high-risk market. According to a March 2025 Forbes article, Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham and Hyatt are all racing to build out their footprint in India, with Marriott planning 80 new properties, Hilton launching four new brands and Wyndham aiming to double its presence.

We actually now have a thread about that very thing and to little surprise the general consensus I'm see online is "based". You'd be astonished how many people on the ground love selling their land to India-sympathetic firms to start building endless vinyl shitboxes. Won't lie, this is true for most of them. I would also include the ones that other jeets recommend into the same category. Its like they all followed the same shit tutorial on resume writing, like they probably followed all the same shit tutorials for github.

It gets worst the more they work, because they feel a need to document ever fucking job they've ever had.
So you get 10, 20, 30 years of shit going for multiple pages.
I think my resume is a page or one and a half, just let people know you worked for the years you've been in whatever profession, they don't need or want the details on every tree branch.

One motherfucker thought he was clever, and changed the font color on the last line of his resume to hit all the buzz words from the job listing. He changed it to white font so you couldn't see it unless it was highlighted with select all.

Sometimes I get the hunch that India was never meant to be a single country. They've got like a gorillion different native languages. Is there any other country that has this kind of thing going on? My old religion teacher said the same thing. Hinduism and Buddhism could never create a country like the United States or Europe because their religions are intrinsically nihilistic. Why bother creating or advancing everything if your spiritual belief end goal is that nothing really matters and that we are all going be reincarnated and karma is the only thing that matters? The rest of the pantheon of gods they have is interesting, yes, but the overall theme is nihilistic. Its depressing.

Now, I won't say sporadic moments of nihilism are bad, they can in fact be quiet comforting in certain situations, but basing your entire religion AND culture around it makes for a bad outcome and overall weaker society.

I like to write and the more I started to understand religions and how they shaped people's behavior in the long term really effected what went into the cultures and stories I created.

Like with islam how it just took the arabs and stuck them in the 6th century, along with being a martyr that sends them to sex paradise. Hinduism and karma makes indians care less about themselves in the here and now. How the Norse pantheon was about getting men to go to war, etc. Christianity seems to be the most successful because it seems more balanced between faith and actions on earth, along with the liberalization of reading the text and getting the "best" out of it. Not really religion but understanding that there's no concept of maintenance, only fixing, in africa just set my head spinning.

There's certain themes that seem to shape the mindset of the people that create their cultures and landscapes.

The more contact I have with shitskins and the more I can know about what makes them tick make me a more cautious writer.

I live in a city of only 15.000 people, but because of major pharmaceutical companies, we get a massive increase in Jeets. It's stinky. When I was studying, a woman working for the government asked us how they could attract more students to live in the city. We responded that cheaper apartments would be the way to go. They made student housing... and then they rented all the apartments to Jeets who were imported by the aforementioned pharmaceutical companies. It's all so corrupt and gay.
