Yes, they usually have a d-pad and at least the same amount of buttons as a console controller.
What I find funnier him and others calling it a "racing wheel" when he plays games designed for the fucking elderly like trucking and taxi simulators. Has he actually played a full tilt racing game? Watching him play an actual "racing game" and struggle with the force feedback wheel while he inevitably runs full force into a blindingly obvious wall 5 seconds later would be hilarious.

And I'm not talking about the ones who have clear mental disabilities, I'm talking about physically sound people.
Because other dumbfuck retard lolcows like Rich, Wings or Boogie, while legit fucking stupid, at least have some level of self-awareness and/or low self esteem that allows them to realize from time to time that they're dumb as fuck.

The problem with Phil is that he legit has negative amounts of self-awareness on pretty much every aspect. He legit sees himself as a handsome, athletic, deeply intellectual and mature person who everyone should listen to. A combination of having zero interest in learning, being a heavy drinker, thinking he knows best, not having any hobbies and his delusions of grand-door are what makes Phil such a legit stupid person. Does someone match this level of stupidity?

Because the next level is literal mouthdrooling retards and I think that's cheating. Much like the people who say that DSP is not a bad guy because he's not a rapist, if we truly have to compare him to mentally disabled people, we have a problem. Phil is the dumbest a person can be without actually having a cognitive disability.

We have boogie, using it as a public shield, chest puffed, for two years, then when caught dragging the grooming victim and even his sleazy doctor brother into it only to still get btfo'd with facts and then pretend to be suicidal, and more, on camera, then getting treated like a public flesh light by keem.

Phil is a spud, but in my eyes unlike the other cows when the rope starts to tighten his fear keeps him in line, maybe even raises the indoor IQ thermostat by 2-3 degrees.
