These are worthwhile costs to bear if the upside is Iran doesn't get to point a bomb at anyone, particularly if you're Israel. I don't think you're estimating the willingness to bear costs. The same way that poor, third world dictators are willing to bear shocking costs in terms of welfare for their subjects to pursue retarded strategic courses like "nuclear blackmail without the nuclear bombs," or "gas the kurds," or "sell meth," first world officials are willing to spend insane amounts of blood and treasure on retarded ideas like "you break it you bought it."

Trump might be willing to bear these costs, but you are right, it's the biggest question about destroying Fordow--what' s the fallout (metaphorically) from the bombing and what's needed to handle it? Getting those capabilities in place would explain a delay.

According to a ZDF (German news network) correspondent in Zuric the Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqji was forced to obtain permission from Israel for his air trip and inform them, because the Iranian airspace became actually under the control of Israel. Can anyone who speaks German confirm this?
