I could think of a LOT of reasons, Civil Unrest (which could lead to Civil War due to draft), Nuclear Retaliation (if the sand niggers actually have one or if Russian aid decides to literally say fuck it let's WW3) or 3 nuclear sites bombed turn into Chernobyl 2.0 and the Iranians deliberately fight aid to stop it from causing nuclear wasteland (Because lol 72 virgins, death to Amerifats)
