I don’t think that’s the point, if they retaliate and there’s a back-and-forth trying to attack each other we have a handy word for that. Going all-in on intimidation is a big gamble I gotta say.

Trump has done it multiple times with multiple foes. He hit the Houthis hard, they backed off. He dropped the MOAB on ISIS- they died. The Tomahawks on Syria- they now have a new government. His track record speaks for itself. Big actions intimidate the fuck out of the peanut gallery
