North Korea didn't fund Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthi, Syria, and Iraqi militias. They are fine being left alone. Apples to oranges comparison

Israel destroyed Hezbollah/Hamas, US neutered the Houthi, Turkey killed Syria, and Iraq killed the militias. No one is here for Iran but Iran.

Funding terrorists that somehow attack everything except for Israel. Whats your opinion on the US cutting loose Mossad snipers they caught sniping US servicemen in recent wars? Is that because the servicemen were spying too close to Israel too like the liberty or some other cope?

North Korea attempted to assassinate the South Korean president in the Blue House Raid, after inserting army commandos into Seoul ( 1968 ). They destroyed Korean Air Flight 858 (1987). Multiple diplomatic assassinations, etc. Ironically, from my perspective we're somewhat in agreement. Both Iran and NK are outwardly propagandistic and aggressive regimes, that are really seeking survival in a very threatening world for them. NK has achieved a good measure of security, while Iran failed drastically, and is now suffering the consequences.

Again, if the Iranian leadership were truly irrational, these considerations would not matter. They clearly realize their network of support is in tatters.

What? Hamas and Hezbollah have been directly attacking Israel for ages, way before the Gaza war.

I'm having some trouble with multi-quotes right now, so I will have to say generally - yes, I do consider the Iranian leadership to be rational actors, just like the North Korean leadership. You have to look beneath the veil of the crazy propaganda. Once again to harp on Best Korea, their ruling dynasty has shown the world that getting a nuclear weapon provides insurance against forcible regime change from the USA and its satrapies.
