They are not even approving visitor VISA's for people like Salah because they don't want them to stay once they arrive and they don't want them coming here and knocking up a Canadian as a reason to try and stay. People who are here on legitimate work VISA's are being denied PR and being told to self-deport once their VISA's expire.

Salah will never ever get to Canada.

Oh something else my friend told me is that Canada obviously shares information with other countries like the US, UK, and the EU about people seeking to immigrate so if Canada doesn't work out you can't just try somewhere else.
