Pregnancy and early motherhood is a massive ordeal, and you can almost count on changes in mood and sex drive to some extent. More impactful changes can happen too: post partum depression is very common, and post partum psychosis isn't unheard of either. Some women lose all sex drive for a while, and some have a massive increase. Pregnancy and motherhood is a massive change to the body's hormones, a complete lifestyle change, and a physical ordeal all in one.

Becky's commitment to neglecting her kid and trawling for weird fetlife hookups, even though there were already multiple people in the house she could have fucked, is berserk. I cannot imagine it was pleasurable. It must have been like a deathfat trying to binge while on ozempic, borne more of compulsion than pleasure.

This. While Becky might not be at the point of pulling an Andrea Yates on the poor toddler, Hannah is still in danger by neglect. Becky apparently doesn't care that if the baby gets in her sex toys or that there are many heavy unsecure things that a toddler can easily tip over onto them (many kids her age got hurt or killed merely by CRT TVs tipping over onto them), and it's even worse when Rebecca is too high to do anything aside from fusing to her couch.
