Honestly my opinion is that this is only attempting to bomb Iran into some theoretical compliance but I'm not entirely sure how much of it will actually be successful. Though true escalation would be attempting to cut off Iran's oil which would likely be a full declaration of war.

My honest opinion is that even if that sites are damaged or destroyed, we are going to be doing this song and dance in 10-15 years unless by some chance Iran is thrown into revolution and unless it's a velvet one I doubt people actually one.

If you go back and forth, most of the exterior damage is superficial, like it got hit with a bomb and then another bomb went in for the kill. There's clear entry on the sat images and you wouldn't expect to still see that if it blasted back out, which leads into the it went all the way in and likely caved everything inward.
I could see it being different if the entry points were not so blatantly obvious where the bombs hit.

The fact that there are now huge blue streaks stetching to the right of those 2 eastern entrances would seem to be an indication of surface collapse or subsidance. If the facility had collapsed internally, there would have been a seismic event. 30 tones of explosive is no small thing, but for a facility as large as Fordow it is unlikely that would be enough to cause immediate collapse with-no-secondaries. Since there has been no earthquakes reported in the area, is likely the facility tunnels are mostly there.

From the scree blown out of the tunnels, it looks like a mix of the bombs making new skylights as they blow in the ceiling below them, and then material being cracked and broken off then ejected from the tunnels with great force. This means the tunnels would be filled with debris, and there may be structural issues, but you don't even need to excavate, just scoop out debris. This is still going to be months of work (again, provided there are no other structural issues) but much less than digging a new facility.

Of course the question also is "will they bother?" the US has shown they can destroy the facility at will. Its location is known, and its vulnerable. They might decide its not worth the hassle.

A 3 ton TNT bomb will do a lot of damage anyhow. we'll see. Maybe it's like flesh wounds with .50 cal. Small entry hole and crater on the other side.
