Pretty sure it is. The shrek/shadow thing actually originated from DA (surprise!). I've seen this image quite a bit, it's some sort of meme. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some sickos fantasy drawn to life.

Is it wrong for me to say the last one is the least creepiest? I say that since really, the previous ones steal it, not to mention that the last one has no muscular people.

And really, his art style is kind of alright. It's not fantastic but he seems to have a better grasp on anatomy and the like than a lot of the other artists in this thread, which always baffles me when I see it. You see shitty artists making shitty/weird art all the time, but passably decent artists making shitty/weird art.. it's just confusing.

Yeah, it's not terrible art. Which I agree, makes it weirder. There's also a problem when he tries to put the less realistic heads on the bodies, though...

I agree, and it just makes it all the more sad and/or disturbing in the long run. Not a fan of the coloring though- it looks like a pack or crayons were used. In fact, I think crayons were used for the coloring.
 
Something about the art style seemed familiar to me. Then I realized this same guy had his art accepted into a club I'm a part of. I thought the technique was a little...awkward (seeing as how the heads don't match the bodies) but I didn't think it was anything worth linking to. I looked at his gallery just now, it's a lot weirder then I thought.
