Goddamn it, I just realized.
She's still upset about possibly needing a pap smear for her issues, which is almost exactly what she was freaking out about a year ago during her last round of vaginal complaints. Has she truly not been seeing a doctor for all this time?

I never understood why she felt the need to go to the ER for her tummy aches. Unless the pain is so excruciating that you think something is seriously wrong there's no reason to clog up the ER with your non-problems. She should have just went to a family doctor if she was having chronic stomach pains. But they were most likely caused by her eating habits, which were pretty bad back then. Eating an entire cookie cake couldn't have felt very good afterwards. She ate a lot of mochi sweets too.

I don't know. She can dress like a lumberjack if she wants to. No one's forcing her to cosplay Yuna instead. Unless Debbie is after her for this "growing a dick" thing. I'm wondering if PT told her mom about feeling masculine or even mentioned that she thinks she's turning into a boy. Debbie never approved of the Japanese heritiji thing because it was obviously an unhealthy obsession.

I don't really want to see PT turn into a transtrender. But that seems to be the norm for cows these days.

It's not like her clit would lengthen from anything other than swelling from an illness or some horrible hormonal issue. And since problems like that can lead to all kinds of awful things she really needs it taken care of ASAP. You can't wake up one morning with a dick if you were born a woman. Its a shame that she's so afraid of getting this problem fixed. she would probably feel better. actually, some of the causes of prolapse are weight gain and constipation, and even lifting heavy weights. It is a weakness in the pelvic muscles which may have nothing to do with how much sex you've had. then again, I don't know or want to know this cows sexual history.

To be fair, you don't go back to front to avoid a yeast and urinary tract infections. (which Sarah has had in spades). The prolapse would be from repetitive penetration with too large objects. It's fair to guess she may actually have a bit of a prolapse, just based on the size of her former dirty dildo collection.

But she went to an OBGYN when she first started growing her dick, didn't she? They would have known what was going on once they got her up in the stirrups.

She didn't see an actual gyno. Someone (PTNR 2.0) told her they were a doctor online and she word vomited her issues and sent photos of her girl bits. She pretty much refuses to go see a doctor in person for sexual health.
