After giving it some thought I think old Jim is just sweet on anime girls. Guy lives in an anime dungeon ffs. Now as bizarre as that is I think the whole pedo defending thing is just a side effect of him liking the fox woman with animated bouncing tits.

I don't know who Kirsche is. I've never heard her stream. On the basis of her conversation with Jim, she's a likeable girl who has had a pretty wild life. She's can clearly state her position on things. There is no ambiguity. I was impressed by how organised she was. She'd mention something and then, when Jim pressed her for more information, she had it. She's got her shit together which is probably why she is successful.

I haven't watched either of KF's e-daddy's stream in forever but last time I recall Null really kvetching about Jim was during the kayfabe fiasco with Boogie2988 on Keemstar's lolcow podcast, and that wasn't anything serious and feels like it was ages ago. I don't think they even talk about each other on their respective streams anymore and they seemed to be on mostly good terms.

It's more likely that if anyone is getting influenced by Null it's due to his feelings on anime and vtubers in general, which he always talked about even back then, rather than his feelings on Jim.

My guess is because there is nothing good to watch. People used to badmouth TV for being a bread and circus, but it's like guard rails, once it's gone the disasters start. We went from curated regulated TV to now people watching random anime avatars play games and be trailer trash. They don't have the money for good video games, and even IF they had the money, the new stuff is corporate left slop. Entertainment holds society together, and now that it's all crap we are surprised that it's falling apart.

I completely agree, I think his pandering to the anime gooners is very questionable, so it's as bad as the vtubers that do the same. I guess I misunderstood your argument. I'm fine with people being judgemental, hell the site is basically founded on the principle.
