It's good that the Trump administration appears to have managed threading the needle by achieving the outcome it wanted without fighting further escalating everything into a wider conflict. The American government seems aware that a good portion of people don't want another forever war and the Iranians aren't suicidal enough to essentially ask to be bombed more by a far more militarily powerful country. The comparison to Iran's recent conduct with what they did after Soleimani was assassinated in 2020 has proven to be rather apt.

Sadly there is a good chance any kind of ceasefire (assuming of course both sides follow along with it) between Israel and Iran will be a temporary one and there will be more bloodshed somewhere down along the line.
