Massie is a faggot ineffectual lolbertarian that wants to import infinity migrants. He is a joke. A bad joke.
And Trump is trying to tard-wrangle the Middle East, a place wholly dedicated to killing each other for centuries. If only there was some way to combine Massie's realistic stance on Israel with Trump's effective border control policy. Could you imagine if the government had some sort of system where people could party up and work together?

If Trump had any real balls, he would've just told Israel that the next time they strike the Iranians unprompted, the US will take Gaza for the Palestinians.

Trump is still mad at Massie lol

But wtf does BBB have so much fucking pork?Hm im pretty the tax cut he keeps on touting largely helps people that are already rich.

No tax on overtime is nice tho
Trump has always had more economic nationalist views he was talking about how the U.S was getting trade raped back in the 1990s,he's bragged about major infrastructure plans and he feuds with the federal reserve. Also after 2020 libertarian tech bro types abandoned him in favor of Desantis and Vivek but real American patriots stood by him.

The question is if he will still step in for Israel or finally leave them to deal with their own problems.
He'll probably step in if there's a nuclear issue involved, because that seems to have bigger ramifications than just Israel itself.

I've discussed this elsewhere and a little bit in private with some other users, but Trump is some sort of autistic savant when it comes to the Middle East. GW Bush completely fucked things up there (which already weren't good), Obama couldn't make much headway because he was pro-Iran as the regional hegemon, and obviously Middle Eastern leaders walked over Biden. However, after King Abdullah died, Trump somehow managed to completely re-orient Saudi Arabia.

The news doesn't talk about it because it makes Trump look good, but he's managed to get Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt to all cooperate with the US on a number of issues - but the big ones are cooperation with Israel and singling out Iran. It doesn't help that the Obama nuclear deal emboldened Iran, which has pissed off all its neighbors.

It's so weird.

Null had to make a literal containment subforum to keep retards like you from shitting up the rest of the site.
You're asking a lot for people to remember that.

For you newfags, the Thunderdome was purely created in the purge of right wingers from the various chans and other social media that came and infested the forums when social media started censoring everyone back in the late 2010s and early 2020s. They shit up other sections of the site meant specifically for Lolcows by dragging politics into every section of the forum. Null is not a fan of off topic discussions. Null struggled for a long time to make the Thunderdome work as a containment zone and then had to take A&N off of public access due to legal reasons. Then he had trouble finding moderators to shift through this garbage and make it somewhat presentable. It was only thanks to our beloved Mods that Thunderdome was allowed to exist as the Autistic Spergatory it is today. That's why the tag line is "Too Autistic to Live, too mad the internet to die". This has been your Kiwi History Lesson.

People really struggle to accept that he's a great negotiator because they're committed to their mental image of him as a babbling retard. Point to decades of success in real estate, then TV, now politics, they won't admit any of it, it runs off them like water from a duck's back, whatever that stupid expression means.

IMO it was a matter of the stars aligining - the middle east has a new generation of people who want to have their countries be known as more than "islamic shithole number 235786324" and their leaders are taking note of that.

In particular - Prince Mohamed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia and his radical domestic reforms like allowing alcohol for certain events, allowing women to drive by themselves, partying etc. etc. and the Iran Hijab protests that from what I've seen over there this year have been a great success (Admittedly this was more from what I observed in their cities, the countryside is definitely different but still)

The US cooperation part is definitely another aspect of it, "follow the country that's better off than you" and all that.

Not every Boomer is one of those retardo Apocalypto Christians, but I can't help but sort of agree with this.
It should be close to 0. The fact that so many do is insane and kind of terrifying.

I'm sick of all the "le Christianity bad" reddit atheist shit, but if you think that hundreds of lives must be sacrificed in the middle east because it'll bring your god back so he'll start the end times, you're in a cult and should be deprogrammed.

Luckily that kind of apocalyptic schizo Christianity is on its way out and all the discussions revolving around Israel in the younger generations are exactly what they should be about, when Israel benefits us on a policy level and when they don't, which is all that should matter.
