Honestly though, why would Trump want something so flaccid that they gave Obama a peace prize just for being "The black president who isn't Bush"? It isn't an award that matters in any real capacity and therefore means nothing.
It didn't mean much before then, but giving it to Obama when he hadn't even been sworn in as president yet was an absolute abdication of any notion that the Peace Prize carried any legitimacy whatsoever.
