It didn't sound like either statement was read. Just the judge going 'I don't have time for this, tell him to stop fucking about and we'll schedule something later when I have time'.

Aaron can just as easily get the same plea deal or modified one with the prosecutor.

He'd literally never do it, but Aaron should really stop streaming permanently and get a real job for his own good.

No one actually likes STMS, it brings in no money, it's done nothing but attract legions of psychotic haters that despise him so violently they're willing to pay $1000 each to see his text messages and a fridge he used, and now he's not only committed a crime live on it, he's also broken the terms of his probation and forfeited his steal of a plea deal and has to suffer further.

Literally all of Aaron's problems would be solved if he shut down the STMS.

He won't because he's a lolcow that wants to pretend to be Opie and/or Anthony 20 years too late, though.

Not all that surprising that the lawyer that thought his "maybe she shouldn't watch ;)" filing was a good idea also failed to warn Aaron that this was a possibility. Or maybe the warning got misplaced alongside his boxing license.

Sad as this sounds, Nick is not facing charges in this case, but Aaron is. The Judge is probably big mad at Nick too, but has no grounds to punish him for it. This is why you SHUT THE FUCK UP when you have pending charges- even if it means you have to take it like you're in the cuck chair.

The one thing Nick did right was at least try to restrain what he said when he was up on charges. How successful he was at that is definitely debateable. At minimum Nick did a marginally better job keeping his pie hole shut in his drug and CPS cases than he did with the Monty case which is (slightly) better than Aaron's complete lack of self-awareness and inability to stop talking about Nick and his cum.
