You have to define what a library means then. To me a library is the games you can purchase and run on the machine without modification. I wouldn't count using a modded 3DS as having the full library of everything it can emulate. But if I buy Sonic Gems Collection or Capcom fighter collection natively on the console then I think they're part of the library. Even if it's emulated it's still something you can buy, insert into the console and then play without any config. It's no different to pressing start to play a native game.I'm not saying that it's not good to have the option to play them. I just think for the sake of discussion allowing emulation and backwards compatibility just makes it too difficult to point at a library and say, "I like that one the best." I think mine would maybe be 3DS primarily due to the good exclusives that are difficult to emulate, the virtual console library and the original DS library being playable, but it's hard to nail something down for sure.
