So... the court will almost certainly side with the mortgage company, and this will start the clock on the "redemption period", which is usually 6 months but can be shorter (especially since Yaniv has likely taken out a bunch of equity from his condo already). Yaniv obviously won't be able to pay the money he owes during this period:
If it's anything in Canada like it is here, mortgage law is soulless piggery of the deepest dye and they don't give a fuck about troons, minorities, or literally anything other than "fuck you pay me." He's picked the absolute worst kind of legal trouble to get in.

Exactly. The Giant Alien Lizard Zionist Judicial Pharma Banking Industrial Complex has wrung him out and will now grind his bones for bread. He’s toast.

The people I feel really sorry for is those dealing with the aftermath of this repo. Just imagine being the person who is first to crack the door in order to assess the condition of the place. It will be some poor low level desk jockey or surveyor. I would kill to see the photographs
Think of the cleanup crew who will have to go in there once the bank takes possession. Hoarded to fuck and I bet it's worse than those places when someone has been dead and undiscovered for weeks at the height of summer.
Pouring one out for those folks.

He's come a long way from the gross pervert that would force bindis and muslims to see his gross penis, and then sue them when they wouldn't wax it. The BCHART were complicit in his extortion and helped him isolate his victims by slapping gag orders on them and the media on reporting on his perversions. It's poetic justice that Jonny boy now gets to be on the receiving end of a cold and uncaring legal system that wants to ruin him financially

Eviction and homelessness are really horrible, but in this case they couldn't happen to a more deserving person.

His choices are really limited now.

  • Miriam can't afford to bail him out,
  • His only tangible asset is the apartment - which isn't his.
  • He has no significant earning potential as he's spent years being fixated on silly shit that doesn't have a market value.
  • A "GoFundMe" might have been a possibility many years ago, but even troons like Oger hate him now.
  • The Metis claim won't have any impact on foreclosure as even the most myopic court will see through that lie.
  • If Alta West dig into his "disabilities" it won't take much to dispel the majority of those exaggerations either.
That really only leaves screeching "twansphobia", but it should be easy for Alta West to counter by showing they are treating him exactly the same as they do sane people.

He's created a situation that he has no say, or control, over and is simply clutching at non existent legal arguments, in the vain hope that he can outsmart everyone with a last minute "gotcha", but Jon is what Jon does...

Not to mention that Jon has decided that letting AI write everything for him is a winning strategy. Problem is, AI will just create things out of whole cloth if it doesn't have a reference to pull from. I can't wait to see what non-existent cases ChatGPT sites for why Jon can't be evicted.
With any luck, the AI will just mine this thread for #content.

The only option will be the junkie hotels on the downtown eastside.

Or a van by the river.

He's going to pressure Miriam and his aunt to sell their unit, and convince Miriam that he'll invest the profits in something that will make a shitload of money overnight.

Yes, he'll vastly over estimate just how much "profit" he'll get from a unit that's already mortgaged to the ceiling. Yes, most of his life has been one failed get rich scheme after another, and it's highly unlikely that this will ever change.

Jonathan is almost certainly going to end up homeless at some point, but he's still got one or two stops left.

20 CoachCoins says the cleanup crew is all jeets. Probably won't even be in the top 100 most disgusting smells that wafted up their noses.

Not the cleanup in it's current state. Let's not forget the Jonathan is EXTREMELY vindictive and lacks any form of impulse control. He's going to trash that place far beyond what he's done already.

Watch him catch more charges if he trashes the condo bad enough. :story: I knew people who trashed places they were moving out from because they were in spats with their landlords. All of them ended up with criminal records over it.

He's also had issues with his neighbors. I wouldn't put it past him doing things that would effect them. He's on the second or third floor. I'm talking water damage.

I think this is a slightly different situation though as Jon has a mortgage rather than a landlord.

What usually happens is the mortgage company will take possession of the property and sell it.
Once the outstanding bills\charges are taken out of the sale price, Jon will get the remainder.

If he trashes the place then it'll sell for less, which means less money coming back to him.

If there's not enough there to settle the bills and charges then he'll be chased for the outstanding balance for the rest of his life.

In the US many mortgages are "Non-Recourse" which means if they foreclose that's all you owe even if underwater. Admittedly most second mortgages and home equity loans are not and you'll still owe those. Not sure up there in America's Hat.

Its a condo is it not? Could the condo company not sure them for damages and destruction of property?

I don't want to give the freak any ideas, but there's all sorts he could do that could make the whole building unlivable before he gets shown the door.
