Per the clips i had seen courtesy of Alyssa and Stallyn, Aaron contacted prosecution and the court ahead of the additional allegations that he had violated his agreement. He was extremely confident that it was all a nothing burger, only to go to his hearing where he walked into what could be misconstrued as a staged display of anger.
Yes, Aaron claimed that the state recognized that the allegations of violations were frivolous "lawfare".

However, in case you haven't followed his retardation that closely, Aaron is a liar who makes shit up on a day to day basis so he can feel like he is "winning the Internet" that specific day. This sometimes results in Stallyn's clips causing whiplash upon listening as in a few clips in a span of a couple days, Aaron might tell multiple different stories about a topic, all of which directly contradict each other.

From what I gathered, it's not constitutional. But he and his lawyer agreed to it and somehow that overrides that fact making it 100% ok legally, and it's too late to argue it.
I mean if you go only one degree of separation from Aaron, who has already had two orders issued against him by former partners in two different MN counties preventing him from mentioning them on his online streams, Ethan Ralph has had three extremely similar orders issued against him involving three different former partners in three different states (Faith in California, Amanda in New York and Ade in Michigan) which prevent[ed] him from mentioning them on his online streams.

Anyone who says the order is "unconstitutional" is at best making a normative argument about what the constitutional interpretation should be. As a positive argument about what it is in practice, it's clearly wrong.

Were Aaron and/or his lawyer able to see this supposed 'evidence' and dispute it? It seems to me they weren't allowed to go over any of the allegations and we all know Nick is a proven liar. Wouldn't surprise me if half the shit was either made up or spun so ridiculously to play into his victim status that it would prudent to allow the defense to respond.

Aaron's problem is that while we know Nick is the driving force in all this, the court does not.
The fact that Kayla went to Stoneys with them and then sat in the room with Nick and Melton whilst they gloated (she likely did some gloating off screen) makes it pretty clear at this point that she is a full participant in the lawfare and not an unwilling pawn as many people assume her to be, I said before that she is also a scorned lover and it looks like I'm being proven right.

Nick & Kayla deserve each-other.

Correct, and Aaron's attorney should have warned him that the gayops documentation the Onions were doing as well as the insane triple police reports NICK filed were going to be very likely problematic to a female judge. This Todd Peterson guy might be a solid attorney at some things, but he clearly was woefully unprepared for all scenarios yesterday. Almost to the point of malpractice. I was watching the NLO episode where some faggot in the chat was saying they were documenting every STMS show to entrap Aaron on the Kayla Rekieta thing. Previous shows MAPton had openly requested documentation of every time Aaron called him a pedophile. I wish I could remember the Onion's username, but they're one of the regulars like B. Smiley etc.
OR Aaron should have warned his lawyer. Aaron knows what Melton and the NLO knuckle draggers do.

It was pretty flabbergasting, almost lawyer from Idiocracy level, that he basically threw his client under the bus and outright stated Aaron knowingly violated the order, which also bordered on testifying while being a lawyer.

I'm ten pages late but never forget:

I just watched the clip from last year when Nick asked turtleboy the 'balls or no balls question' so I guess this guy knows what he is getting into. I haven't watched turtleboy much but he looks like he doesn't say no to anyone who wants to interview him. I think Sean said he didn't want to interview him where turtleboy could say something to screw up his own case... this is the perfect job for Nick

Iirc Nick claimed on a recentish stream he was in contact with the Matsuri owner again about getting involved in next year’s
Yeah, it was the June 10th stream (per Melty Butter's summary).

They are beyond retarded if they allow it. It's one of the few major anime conventions Vic is still welcome at. Most of the rest of the blacklisted him under industry pressure. Nick got his foot in the door because of his once seemingly passionate support for Vic. After that CPS report dropped, Vic publicly distanced himself from Nick. I can't see any benefit to AM in having him back now. What's the draw? I also think it would be a gigantic slap on the face to Vic.

Also, can you imagine this asshole running a panel now?

Well, you see, Vic's problem was he didn't let me run his social media. He'd be okay now if he had just did that. I'm a social media expert! Why am I back here again? Because I like Redo of Healer. Rape anime is hilarious! Also, you're all stupid. Thanks for giving all that money to me and Ty Beard, nerds! Aaron ate my goo. Sean is fat.
:really:

Except Melton, that guy is a legit creep. However I can forgive him as long as he snakes on Reketia big time.
Remember Keanu? Remember Hoffman? Remember Aaron?
Nobody in this clusterfuck deserves our endorsement. Let's save our praises for Hardin, he's an outsider, our tested ally and the only one who can deliver.

Volenti non fit iniuria, no harm is done to the willing. If you agree to something that's obviously bad for you, it's still fault and your responsibility.

Looking miserable and disheveled as always. The haunted look in his eyes brings me joy.

This scum may talk a big game, but you can see his hollowed out soul. Can't even muster a real smile after snitching on his ex boyfriend and getting him in more trouble.

In normal civilian circumstances sure, I'd agree. In terms of government overreach not so much. Aaron can be a bumbling retard and a victim of a shitty court system, as they say, two things can be true at once.

If he's a victim of anything, he's a victim of his lawyer's incompetence. It was his lawyer's job to point out that court's demands are unconstitutional and oppose it. Instead he not only agreed to it but failed to instruct Aaron how to comply with it.
