Based on the information available in the old, nuked subreddits, it was a combination of sad middle-aged weirdos, other troons, autistics and handmaidens. There was a notorious unemployed woman (WITH KIDS, mind you) who would donate around $50 A DAY to Nick for some ungodly reason and then complain about being unemployed. He had a whole cult in his Discord and one of the mods was an autistic guy named Ollie who later flounced after he couldn't take it anymore.

Basically, they're sad, lonely losers and weirdos mostly. A few have fetishes but most seem to be kind of dumb and oblivious to what a scammer Nick is, or they feel bad for him for some reason or think he's "teaching" them about being trans.

His fanbase is quite small, honestly. It's mostly people watching to hate on and make fun of him.
