Since the fish seem to be getting their phones back and there is basically zero communication from Sam and Jet I guess the season is over so I'll drop what potentially could be a final post activity chart for the season. I'll wait a day or two for confirmation before I start scraping twitter though. Season 4 was consistently above Season 3 during its entire run but not Season 1 and 2. Season 2 has a massive fucking drop for Christmas Eve/Day and another minor one for NYE/Day that affected all of 4chan itself not just the ftl threads which probably chugged along just fine.



As I've written before, the data is normalized to accommodate the activity downtrend but this doesn't account for holidays like Christmas that affected S2 and makes that massive dip. Also this is just yanked from 4stats, it doesn't really deal with the content within the threads which may not be on topic at all.

They don't own the S1 house, a friend of Cowboy does. They own the S2 and S3 house and now this new property. No clue what they intend for that lakeside property, maybe the project they were planning after Bloodgames. That property is a proper suicidal choice though because its apparently attached to a HOA. The reason they cannot sell the S2 house is because the housing market is absolute trash right now since the prime rate is so high.

There are such things as quarter baths, half baths, and three quarter baths in residential zoning and construction signifying how many fixtures are in the room so I don't know why you're being snarky about it. The standard notation for baths in the USA is 1.00 or 1.75 etc for a reason.

Onto why I wanted to post in the first place: Why do they keep hosting this in wealthy new england neighborhoods where rich people and cops have nothing better to do all day but complain about a "nuisance property"? There are vast, vast swaths of the country where absolutely no one would ever give a shit about what they get up to in some house. they could've used a nice big rural house that had a guest suite and staged a production area there that was also livable. they coulda rented a place and gotten the proper permits, they could've done what literal retards like ice poseidon did informed the police of their plans ahead of time, they could've hired security that's competent and knows how to deal with cops. they could have done an infinite number of things to insulate their show from faggots and did none of them, and now faggots have ruined the fun.

From an outsider perspective that knows of fishtank but never got into it I am just surprised that for how long they've been doing this, and of all the production complications you could have, this was really easily avoidable and they chose to not take a single precaution against it. Just gives the outsider view that they either really don't care about this project very much or they're really stupid. And as far as I've heard or gotten the impression they're relatively smart people.

This has always confused me to some extent. Obviously dont throw money away, yet their operation is not based on flipping houses, so the money made from the show should soften the blow if they get into bad deals and sell on a loss.
Maybe I am dumb about this but housing is in a bubble and Fishnet's properties are mostly just kind of messy to sell anyway. Season 2 House with the flooding problems and Season 3 House with its eccentric floorplan will be compelling to very few as well.
This season has also proved that sitting on the Houses has not been good even as a fallback for the stream. Complete mess actually.
