Be aware that when the discussion of clean energy comes up, China is a leading manufacturer in the field as of this time especially when compared to the United States.
I've brought this up before but China is a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries. It is a huge industry for them and Western countries like that China bears the environmental and ecological brunt for it.

all by their consent and with their support though. the royals aren't exactly fighting against the political system that keeps them in this state.
That's true but from their perspective why should they rock the boat now? For generations they have had no true political responsibility, receive money from the British government and don't have to pay certain taxes. Not saying it's right for them to do nothing but even if they tried to do something hypothetically it's a gamble that could backfire horribly and result in the destruction of the monarchy as a whole.

It's rather amazing that some of the biggest public transit "advocates" in the United States are also the same politicians who often do little about the homeless and crime problem associated with them.
A lot of people don’t use public transportation because of crime and hobos. Not sure why they ignore this fact.

Anyway, this other fag whose name I can't bother to remember is supposed to use elocution and facts and logic to make youngsters vote for liberals, yet has a chimp out over being bullied for using a vape pen, I'm sorry, an "anxiety pen." If only this happened a day earlier for a MATI clip.

This guy doesn't have thick-enough skin for someone who wants to convince people to vote for certain candidates but it is funny to watch him whine.

Public transportation often enables criminals to migrate (or at least travel) to wealthier and cleaner areas to shit them up, victimize them, and ruin them.

(largely because the places that advocate for public transport don't also advocate for adequately patrolling and securing it)

retard we're talking about nuclear power not nuclear weapons that's why it was referred to as useless.
Nuclear Reactors are inevitably connected to the MIC, that's why they were fucking created in the first place. That is why Thorium is gay. Has no weaponization purposes. Why would the US invest in that when it cant use it for weapons?

World War II was a hard-fought victory, and unfortunately it killed a large portion of Britain's strong men (in physical strength and in strength of character). It broke the nation; only the weak and infirm remained and what little strength came home from the war wasn't enough to preserve Britain's old stubbornness and pride.
I occasionally find myself watching BBC dramas, and invariably they are always set in the past, either just after the wars, before or in the intermediate period. They love using this old, beautiful British Trust mansions for the set pieces and it occurred to me that its just so sad.

They sit there dreaming of times a century past and do it in the crumbling monument of a bygone empire. The houses are beautiful, but they aren't lived in. The show cant hide the echoing desolation. The actors pretend that this massive mansion is theirs but nothing around them creates a sense of humans actually living there. Even the bookshelves are empty.

The rest of the stuff for their mass consumption like Doctor Who is just pure demoralization about how racist britain is and how everything needs to be gay and interracial.

Too be a brit bong is to suffer I've concluded.

Britain died when we dumped their tea in the Boston harbor. And good riddance. Its what they fucking deserve. The best of them fled to the new world or died in wars. Their current predicament is the fate they chose in 1776. Ironic.

risk the destruction of the monarchy
or
sit and watch the destruction of the nation, just as they sat and watched the destruction of the empire
they deserve the harshest of judgment

None of the public transit advocates advocate for it in a vacuum, it all has to be part of the greater progressive agenda for which there is no proper response to the homeless and crime problem other than endless gibs. They want to have their cake and eat it too and would rather not face the reality that their urban utopias would require Singapore-tier authoritarianism.

You do realize that to utilize thorium you need plutonium right? This would then incentivize plutonium breeding and harvesting and if need be the government could seize the massive amounts of plutonium the thorium reactors would have to keep whenever and be able to build more nuclear weapons.
Looking past that though, your argument is retarded because we are talking about what is best for energy production and in regards to energy production thorium is the best thing we can work with until fusion is figured out. Additionally, the US invests in shit that can't be used for weapons all the time, you're just under the assumption that they don't.

James Dyson, of vacuum cleaner fame, has built a fully-automated strawberry farm:
We don't need illegals.
>no women
>no blacks
>no obvious fags or troons

I never understood how it's been tolerated for 60 years the premise that U.S. District Courts somehow had the authority to issue nationwide injunctions when the rulings of U.S. Circuit Courts, which they are subordinate to, have no enforcablity outside of their respective circuit unless expressly adopted by their fellow circuits, it's completely illogical.
It was tolerated because it was never abused. It was, like many things, a tool used reasonably that no longer is. The fact is of course now actors within the system not only don't care about the system, but are actively trying to break it. They will abuse any tool they can till it gets taken away, and if given the chance will enact more abuse that would require this tool to remove. In other words "this is why we can't have nice things."

Now we have Trump in office who wants to cut regulations and make it easy to build nuclear. Great. But… Who’s going to be in power in 2 years? 4 years? 8?
I'd be shocked if JD Vance doesn't waltz right into the white house in 28, and I'd be shocked further (if he keeps up Trump's agenda) he doesn't win reelection in 32. What demographic shifts happen between now and then via deportations could spell an end to the current green policy DNC.

Plutonium isn't waste. It's a weapon you fucktard.
We'll have more plutonium than we need for bombs if we build as many reactors as required to power even a quarter of the country. Gotta find a use for all that excess. Could use it for nuclear propulsion for space exploration, but we live in clown world.

Yes. But we can just dig up more uranium. How is thorium cheaper than digging up uranium, slightly enriching it, then dealing with the waste either by turning it into weapons or storage?

That's not how civilian nuclear reactors work. Civilian nuclear reactors generate heat to boil water by letting refined uranium decay. The waste product at the end is barely useful in dirty bombs let alone for an actual nuclear bomb. Military Grade reactors use highly enriched uranium from the jump. This allows them to bleed off trace elements (like Plutonium). Its a far more complex procedure and one the Iranians didnt opt for.

They opted for the fuel refinement process which is laborious but less technical then a military grade reactor producing plutonium.
