Knowing that Aaron and April were behind the camera during Nick’s attempt at stand-up makes the inclusion of Kayla being in frame the entire time a bit suspicious concerning who ensnared whom? Was Nick turned out by the Toe just to get to Kayla? Did he toss some used up coke whore at Nick just to distract him while he claimed his prize, over and over right in his stupid fucking face? Nick will be on his death bed screeching about “Keyser Töze!” as his favorite kid holds the pillow over his face, stealing the last of his medication, just like dear ol’ dad taught her.
It feels like a lifetime ago, but that was a not an unpopular theory last year.

Aaron and April's divorce was fast and relatively drama free. Neither seemed to really care about the other except for a dubious letter Aaron wrote to April that was revealed almost a year later by Nick.

I think Aaron had little use for April and thought he could be captain save-a-hoe with Kayla. I mean, he got rid of April without getting creamed by asset division by offloading her to Nick. He didnt even have to take care of Kayla and her 5 keedz anymore either.

I have a bit of a pet theory that he actually isn't seeing April. Basically, I wonder if he bought/paid for that house for April and then she ghosted him afterwards. I don't believe April ever "loved" Nick. I believe that she tolerated Nick for the drugs that he supplied her. I don't believe Nick is any drugs other than nitrous and Adderall, so I don't believe April has any reason to continue tolerating him. Nick accidentally revealed that she was so dry, that the chaffing caused her to bleed, not really a sign of "love" or even sexual interest.
I don't think he's seeing April either. It's not a pet theory. It makes sense.

Nick lies but he's not lying about this one. You can tell it's pissing him off that he's been ghosted. Also, he'd have NEVER gone off on Keanu like that if he WAS seeing April.

The issue is that he's not communicating with April. April and even Keanu still have information on him. They could go rogue at any point. He can't control them. It's making him crazy.

Between that highschool hit list that Nick admitted to and a certain uncanny resemblance both physically and psychologically, Lakeville alums may never know just how lucky they were to get out unscathed...
He would show up to start playing Duck Hunt during study hall and there's a 50/50 chance he starts punching himself in the head as high pitched screams leave his mouth.

This all presumes he'd be able to leave the house without shoving a 12 gauge barrel up his ass.

It's a good thing Nick's children have never witnessed this behavior to emulate later.

He also reposted the alleged user who created the Aaron compilation, tagging Aaron Imholte in the process. I don't know if that could be considered a form of contact, but it's worth archiving.

I don't know if it's been mentioned here yet but John Dicaprio is known to troll Aaron, Melton and Nick. He trolls guys in the Diddlerverse. He started trolling Nick due to his involvement with Aaron and then Melton. Nick used to go into John's chat and try to buy his loyalty with superchats but John, at the time, didn't fall for it. So it's funny that Nick chose him to make this compilation. Did Nick pay John to troll him for $1000? It begs the question. From what I saw last night, it sure seems to be the case.

It really seems like a slam dunk. If Peterson can't show Nick's blatant violations to the court then he's a worse lawyer than Nick.
Aaron has the Restraining Order. He only needs his lawyer to help defend the order and continue it when Nick challenges it in court. Aaron presented enough to convince a judge to grant the order. (Not particularly hard to do given Nick is a maniac)

But regarding last night? And the day before? The court order is in effect. Nick is required to obey it in the now. Regardless of whether he thinks it can be challenged. Nick didn't do that. Nick did the other thing. The unhinged maniac thing. Aaron just has to report the violations of the order to Law Enforcement. He doesn't even need to be certain if it is a clear violation. Show them the court order, File a report and let the Sheriff's figure it out.

Just going to his local Stearns County Sheriff is the best option. They may kick it over to Candyassy. I'm sure officer Poplun will be enthusiastic at watching a few more hours of Nick melt down into a boiling pit of drugged up intoxicated rage, again.

What will completely fuck Nick will be if or more likely when it lands on his PO 's desk.

I never would have predicted "Nick Rekieta becomes trailer trash drug addict getting into domestic disputes with his Ex-BF and violating restraining orders and his plea deal" as even REMOTELY possible 4 years ago holy fucking shit. He is now just... the trashiest fucking trailer meth scum. How. How!? HOW!?
One simple word, hubris. He risked addiction with drugs and alcohol, because he thinks he can play with fire and not be burned.

He thought he could open his marriage and indulge in his deviant sexual fantasies without it unraveling his marriage and family.

From everything I've seen he is a textbook cautionary tale about hubris and its consequences.

Aaron is a retard x100 if he hasn’t reported Nicks multiple violations yet. He needs to do so yesterday. Reporting before a hearing would be a smart move but no one’s ever accused the Toe of being so smart, (unlike Cuckieta :smug:)
I took a peak at Minn. stat. § 609.748

& it’s amazing how punitive violations sound on paper versus what’s happened so far, IRL. Check it out:

What's a hypothetical timeline if Nick is reported by Aaron tomorrow and they decided correctly that he broke his HRO?
Does he get a warning? Does the HRO get extended? Does Nick have his probation revoked? Does Nick get executed by firing squad?

I have absolutely no idea why, and I'm almost certain I'll be burned here, but I just have this feeling Aaron is gonna handle this one single thing in the appropriate way and not completely fuck it up 🌈

It's in the link @3MMA posted.

For starters...

Must arrest. Not may. No warrant necessary.

The violation itself, in Nick's case, would be punishable by up to 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine, or both. I don't think the gross misdemeanor or felony versions of this section apply, because Nick doesn't have a previous domestic violence conviction.

The probation violation issue would be in addition to that. It would possibly be more serious, too.

This is all hypothetical, of course. Minnesota is gay, etc.
