E Una is "Ni wen le" (Ask or You asked me)

Sie is "Ni" (You)

Mierda is "Ni bie..." (Don't ....)

Muy Mula is "Ni ma de" (Fuck your mother) followed by ‘’... wo le", possibly "...wen wo le" (You asked me)

EDIT: Also, if you zoom in, you can just about make out the block shape of the Chinese characters on the certificate. He's obviously a licensed butcher.
