To be fair, US politics is literally red team vs blue team. It's not being "reduced" to something low IQ, the system itself is just unspeakably retarded from bottom to top.

Red Team is a coalition of a lot of little teams, but Blue team is one big team, and almost all of them are beholden to international interests. Once in a while Red Team trips over the members of the much smaller Yellow Team who were drooling into a cup and didn't get noticed, whereas Blue Team sometimes gets help from the one member of Purple Team who's actually a red pinko.

I really don't see what the issue is with 80 hours of work/community service/training a month is to get medicaid for able-bodied adults. That's only 20 hours a week. I just don't see how that's so much to ask. The bill explicitly exempts disabled people from being ineligible so all of these 'disabled' protestors who are claiming this bill is taking from them are just outright lying.

I don't understand why Musk was dooming so hard with spending. It like he doesn't realize his own car and space subsidies can be turned off with a tweet. I personally think with all the efforts and investments Trump is making, that the deficit will decrease to everyone's surprise but c'est la vie for the space autist.

He doesn't give a shit about spending literally no one does. Debt is just a meme issue that politicians run on from both sides, they only give a shit when it's not them doing it.
The ONLY reason Elon Musk is sperging as hard as he was because he was denied governmental subsidies for solar mandates. If Elon truly gave a single fucking shit about governmental spending he would not take so much money every single year in subsidies.
