The exact psychological makeup of the ideal cult member depends on the cult. Some seek out high achievers who are eager to please, some seek out people who see themselves as revolutionaries fighting for justice, others want spiritual seekers who are looking for meaning and purpose. Almost all cults target people who are at a vulnerable point in their lives, such as having just lost their job, had someone die, gone through a divorce, etc. Adolescence is a particularly vulnerable period, and the trans cult prefers to recruit at this point. Of course, kids do get groomed into transitioning younger, but it's mostly by their parents in those cases.

Edit: If you want specifics about kids who get recruited into the trans cult, I'd say it's children who feel markedly different from their peers and are seeking approval and belonging. The more isolated the child, the more susceptible they are to love-bombing over the internet and the fewer irl sources of dissent they'll be exposed to. Hannah Barnes' book Time to Think includes a few detailed profiles of children like this. Possibly some of them would, but we're currently seeing an active increase in cult-related suicide and self-mutilation. Not everyone who's psychologically susceptible to cults will join a cult, and psychological susceptibility isn't always a permanent quality. Cults know this and it's why they recruit actively, rather than waiting for potential members to seek them out.

At any rate, I don't think it's accurate to say kids who transition were "always meant to have bitch tits." Someone had to convince them bitch tits would make them happy and express their true self, and that without bitch tits they'd inevitably commit suicide.
