Yeah it's like there's this big ass wall between FW and pursuing any of the advice or even feeling the support and congeniality ITT. Something between disbelief and fear holds him back. As unorthodox as this is, after work, I try to go out into my town and do stuff. I watch clips of old movies for some euphoria. Seeing those actresses transform into characters and performers never fails to give me a smile.

I try to learn something new each day. Right now, somebody is teaching me philosophy in their free time. Cliche I know to make the most of each day, but stewing into my own negativity does not help my mental health.

I could suggest some movies if you want to see fellow Caucasian Americano action.
