Now that Mr. Figtree has the Internet Eye of Sauron on him again, I think he has a stronger case for a nomination, especially if by some miracle Stop Killing Games is successful.

For Lolcow of the Year - Maldavius Fagtree aka Thor, aka Roach King, aka Jason Hall, especially when SKG passes and we get to see the absolute pinnacle of malding, seething, coping, crying, pissing, shitting and rectal prolapsing.
 
Even though I might be biased, because I did phonebook him, and facebooked his family, I would like to nominate Claudio for OpSec fail. Most of his phonebooking was done just by Google searches, and just connecting the dots. Not only did his power leveling lead to his phonebooking, but he also CONFIRMED his phonebook with ME through private DMs.

I looked around and found a few notable ones:

-Dick Masterson
-Maddox
-Jack Scalfani
-Brianna Wu
-Vordrak

Also Idubzz really needs to be in a dual entry with Anisa.

Does Chantal have a horse in this race now that she moved to Syria? Going to a country that is engaged in an active civil war because she wants to prove her haters wrong is one of the biggest lolcow moves I think I've seen. It's still early but this seems to me like a bigger event than Rekieta having a dirty house or BMJ going to jail for smoking crack.

The only one that has done anything of note this year is Brianna Wu and that's because of the drama with Zoe Quinn among other things.

Bossman Jack was funniest when he was first discovered, but competition was intense those years. He continues to get nominated because many of his watchers/fans feel he deserves SOMETHING even if he was more lolzy in previous years.

Personally, I really feel sorry for bossman fans — he really has been robbed multiple years in a row. If it keeps happening, we really should make a special category for him or something.
