Most Indian doctors are educated in the countries they migrated to so its not some fake diploma scheme. I believe the reason is that Indians are obsessed with prestige and doctors are prestigious in India. The lack of intelligence with Indians is not their capacity to problem solve or even their work ethic.

Firstly I doubt any nation could have an average IQ that low, I was raised by a man with an IQ in the low 80s and people underestimate just how low that, for example anyone sub 82 is considered too stupid for even the simplest jobs in the US Army. I I could believe 90, definitely though, inbreeding is massive there.
That being said, becoming a medical professional in a developed country is a extremely motivating prize to people in a poor country, so many pursue it if they can.

GeeksforGeeks is an Indian company. The material is very uneven and the grammar is often not great (which I think really matters for technical subjects) but I can't say it hasn't been useful for me from time to time. It's never my first option when searching though.

The only way this can be solved is if the companies that import cheap labor are responsible for the externals. You fire them/they quit? You're on the hook for repatriating them. To be fair, IQ tests also test for the skill of taking tests. India has a ton of megacities, but that is just a fraction of the 1.4B indians. Over a billion are in tiny premodern villages with no formal schooling. Those perform terribly on IQ tests for the simple reason they don't test well. Still, there is a strong correlation on IQ and performing well in western jobs. You want people capable of performing well in the abstraction of an intelligence test, because you need the same kind of abstract reasoning to perform well in the western job market.

At that low a score, the white kid would show obvious signs of retardation but the black kid would still be somewhat socially skilled. Such are the limitations of iq testing.
