Oh also dampness is terrible for clothing. Make sure things dry out properly otherwise they grow mildew and other yuck things that make a bad smell. Mold loves damp and any damp house will be prone to black mold which will make you feel awful and is known to cause illnesses.

Set a timer on your phone or whatever for about the same time as the wash time. When it goes off you'll probably still have 3-5, up to 10, minutes until the final spin is done. So get up when it goes off and move it right over. And then do the same for the dry time. When the timer goes off, reach in and feel the clothes. If not fully dry, set it (and your timer) for another 10-20 minutes, depending on how damp they are. Then go remove them and hang/ fold asap- much easier to avoid wrinkling.

Also highly recommend the Downy wrinkle remover if you don't hang/ fold right away or it's just naturally a little creased - spray, slightly stretch the fabric, smoothe, and, once any wrinkles fade or disappear, fold/ hang. It's a pain, but worth it.

This guy I worked with at my last IT job also had hair issues, he tried everything, like putting raw eggs on your head, but all it did was smell of raw eggs.
